Instruction

2 Tim.3:16 “Every Scripture has been written by the Holy Spirit, the breath of God. It will empower you by its instruction and correction, giving you the strength to take the right direction and lead you deeper into the path of godliness.” (TPT]

John 5:7I can’t, sir,” the sick man said, “for I have no one to put me into the pool when the water bubbles up. Someone else always gets there ahead of me.” God is focused on you, “Would you be made whole?” What do you want? Instead, you are focused on how your sister cheated you fifteen years ago. Done Vs. Do

Gal. 2:20 (KJV) I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

The better life that Jesus offers is a life not only filled with meaning, It Is A Life That Is Freed By Grace. What is grace? I like to use an equation for grace and it is; Grace = favour + mercy. A life freed [set free] by grace is a life freed by favour and mercy. Read the rest of this entry

The Exchange IV

Isa.61:7 “Instead of shame and dishonor, you will enjoy a double share of honor. You will possess a double portion of prosperity in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.” (emphasis added).

The Exchange I

Job 42:5-6 “I had only heard about you before, but now I have seen you with my own eyes. I take back everything I said, and I sit in dust and ashes to show my repentance.”

Bring-It-On!

Josh.21:45 Not a single one of all the good promises the Lord had given to the family of Israel was left unfulfilled; everything he had spoken came true.

Yesterday, we learned that Hebron is a place where we relate with people, not on the basis of what they do for us but, in recognition of God’s work in bringing us together. The place of Hebron is the place of the New-Streams. Yesterday, we concluded by saying we must trash the “me, myself, and I” mindset. The “I just want to pay school fees and pay rent” way of thinking. How can you just exist to pay school fees, pay rent, and die? Read the rest of this entry

Abundant Supply

Matt.25:29To those who use well what they are given, even more will be given, and they will have an abundance.”

When people ask, who do you think you are, do not dwell on it. What matters most is who you think God is. When you set goals, you need to let the size of your God determine the size of your goal. Read the rest of this entry

Help From Above

Gen.49:25 “May the God of your father help you; may the Almighty bless you with the blessings of the heavens above, and blessings of the watery depths below, and blessings of the breasts and womb.”

It is one thing to do something and people can say she is intelligent, thus leaving no room for the supernatural. However, it is another thing to do something and it is evident of the supernatural inspite of your intelligence. Read the rest of this entry

Prov.10:22 [NKJV] “The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.”

It is only the blessing of the Lord that makes rich and adds no sorrow to it. The devil does not give anything for free. Yesterday, Read the rest of this entry
