Rejoice

Philip. 4:4 (NKJV) Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!” [with emphasis]

God empowers us to be joyful and He expects us to be joyful. I am trusting God that everything that is leaking your joy will be exposed and evicted out of your life, in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Ps. 118:24  “This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.The writer of this Psalm starts by acknowledging God’s Sovereignty and then moves to our choices. In other words, it is your choice to align or to be at variance. You can choose to rejoice or not to rejoice in this day that the Lord has made. Your choice does not change the fact that this is the day that the Lord has made.

So when you wake up, ask your self – is this the day that the Lord has made? Will I choose to rejoice and be glad in it? It is your choice. And when you choose to rejoice and be glad in the day that the Lord has made, you become unstoppable. You really become unstoppable because the enemy is unable to faze you. This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Sadly, sometimes we lose our joy or we let it dwindle. Paul in speaking to the Galatian church, asked in Gal.4:15 Where is that joyful and grateful spirit you felt then?” Another translation reads, “Where is the joy that you used to have?” In other words, it is possible for someone to have the joy of the Lord and for things to happen that will make him or her lose that joy. In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you will not lose your joy.

Do you know anyone that used to be joyful and on fire for God, but all of a sudden has become sour? Perhaps you are the one that people are looking at and wondering where your joy went. I pray in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, that your joy will be restored today. Why? Philip.4:Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice!” It is an instruction; God wants us to rejoice. Inspite of the pressure in the business, pressure at the office, pressure in your relationship with your spouse – Rejoice!

Prayer [song]: I’m gonna dance and praise Him. It doesn’t matter what comes my way. The greater One lives inside of me, His name is Jesus. I’m born a winner, more than victorious; I’m an heir of the Kingdom, filled with the Holy Ghost… Amen!
