Only Believe

John 11:³⁹ “Roll the stone aside,” Jesus told them. But Martha, the dead man’s sister, protested, “Lord, he has been dead for four days. The smell will be terrible.”

The year 2023 is not yet over. I know some of us just want the year to be over already. But it is not over yet. God loads us daily with benefits, and cumulatively, God loads us yearly with benefits. Some of the benefits earmarked for this year will not be relevant in 2024. You need to take delivery of these blessings in the Name of Jesus. I am just a messenger sent to bring His Word and I am saying to you in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, everything that God has marked out for you for 2023 will be delivered to you in the Name of Jesus.

When it comes to matters of faith, the concept of point of contact is not elementary. While our brothers in Africa may easily connect with the concept of point of contact because they are spiritually aware. Our brothers in the Western world may struggle with things like this. Point of contact just means something that represents what you are believing God for. And that thing will be wielded spiritually to work in your favour. In this season, The Way Maker is going to make a way for you. The Way Maker wants to make a way for you. Firstly, the Way Maker wants to make a way out of chains, prisons, pain, and bitterness. Secondly, the Way Maker does not just a way out of the pain, the chains, the prison, and the bitterness, He wants to make a way in you.

The Way Maker does not only want to make a way out for you and make a way in you.  The Way Maker wants to make a way for you into your Promised Land. The Promised Land is the land of true freedom and true liberty. The story of Martha, Mary, and Lazarus their brother shows us clearly that God wants to make a way into freedom for us regardless of the phase we are in. God wants to make a way into the Promised Land for you. The Promised Land looks different for different people, but whatever it looks like for you God wants to make a way into the Promised Land. Martha struggled with the way of belief. Martha believed that Jesus could raise the dead, but Martha struggled to believe that Jesus could raise her dead.

As Christians, we often believe that Jesus can raise the dead. We believe He is all-powerful. We believe He is God. But we really do not believe that Jesus can raise our dead. We believe Jesus can solve the problem, give wealth, and give spiritual insight. We believe that Jesus can bring healing, but we are not sure that Jesus can bring ‘our healing’. I am here to say to you that not only can Jesus raise the dead, but He can also raise your dead, and He wants to raise your dead.

Prayer: Father, I thank You for making a way for me in this season and I take delivery of all that You have earmarked for me this year, in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
