The Handshake

Philippians 3:¹ “…To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.” (KJV).

God wants us to understand interconnected systems, and we would again go back to the gear system to explain this concept. Let’s assume that the first gear is the rain and the third gear, the big fat one, is the abundance. However, the second gear is what connects the first and the third gears. And that second gear has to be the land. As the rain happens, it must connect to the second gear, the land. You may not be able to bring the rain because it is a system that God has put in place by Himself. The rain falls on (connects to) the land, then the land will produce abundance.

So, the first gear turns clockwise, the second gear turns counter-clockwise, and the third gear turns clockwise. The rain (the system of God) must interconnect with your land (the system of man), the system that God wants you to put in place. You have to have a system that you have put in place so that when the rain comes upon it, it triggers a harvest. That is what is cut out for us. So, like the mathematician, the linguist, the liberal, or the spiritual person, we can argue and keep arguing about how much time it takes to work the land. But nothing gets done by arguing.

God wants us to link up and work the land. God wants us to link up, connect to His system, and produce abundance. The question is, what production system are you hooking up to the rain? The rain is here; it is upon us already. It has started falling, and it continues to fall. What are you hooking up to it? And this is big. It could be your education, profession, or entrepreneurship. My prayer is that the rain will not be wasted in your life in the Name of Jesus. What are you looking up to God’s rain? Enough of just praying for manna, start praying for the rain and engaging the rain. We are not here for manna; we are here for the rain.

Meaning there is a God part and there is a man part. Set up your systems, your streams of income, business, farm, and your land. In the S.L.S. of Abundance, “L” is for the Land. The land is the interconnection, really. In the gear system, the land is what connects to the rain system to produce abundance. The land is the connection, the handshake to God’s system of abundance. God mainly gives rain to the land. The main purpose of rain, there are probably other purposes, is for the land. It is not for you. And the land requires work; you have to work the land.

Prayer: Father, help me see and recognize my land so that I can prepare the land for the rain, in the Name of Jesus. Amen!
