It’s Your Decision!

‘How blessed are the meek! for they will inherit their land’ Matt.5:5 [CJB]

So many times the land we desire of God is tied to the work of God in our hearts. Our Promised Land is tied to the extent to which the Holy Spirit is able to bring us under control. The more the Holy Spirit is able to bring you under control. The more He is able to tell you or nudge you not to talk and you don’t talk, the more power, land or whatever you desire is released to you. I’ve been among Christian friends heard them relay how they would put the Holy Spirit aside to achieve their own hearts lusts first and after which they take the Holy Spirit back into their lives. This always makes me laugh because, think about it, is the Holy Spirit a piece of clothing you can take off and put on at will? Until you obey God’s leading to let go of your plans to deal with one person or the other then you are not quite ready for the land.

God is saying to you today that inheriting that land is a decision away. For a lot of us many things in our lives are just a decision away. You can decide to be meek or you can decide to have it your way. You decide! I’m praying that you will choose meekness.

Meekness is power under control. Blessed are the meek, blessed are the mild, and blessed are those that suffer long for they will inherit the Land! There is a promised land for you but it takes meekness to possess it. God wants you to know that there is an assigned lot for you, a portion reserved only for you but it takes meekness to possess it. I’m speaking over you today and I’m prophesying that the land that God has earmarked for you will not elude you in the Mighty Name of Jesus. That which has been assigned to you in your place of work that lack of meekness is about to rob you of, God will reverse in your favour. I am praying that the influence that heaven is releasing to you, you will take ownership of it because of the amount of meekness that will be found in you henceforth. Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit and possess the earth. To be meek means to be mild, patient, and to suffer long. Defer your every action henceforth to the Holy Spirit and grow in meekness.

Prayer: Father, I pray that You will give me the grace to meet every requirement for my inheritance here on earth and in heaven, in Jesus Name.
