By My Spirit

‘Then He said to me, “This is what the LORD says to Zerubbabel: It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies’ Zech.4:6.

It is important that as children of the Most High God, we take our Father’s Word to heart because it is always as He says it would be. How far you go and how high you climb will not be by your power, it cannot be by your strength, it will only be by the Holy Spirit. So let your prayer be ‘Lord have your way’. Acceleration only comes from God and can only be sustained by His Spirit. When you operate by the Spirit, all you will do is put in small effort and the Spirit of God will magnify your efforts. ‘Then He said to me, This [addition of the bowl to the candlestick, causing it to yield a ceaseless supply of oil from the olive trees] is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit [of Whom the oil is a symbol], says the Lord of hosts’ not by power, nor by might but by my spirit says the Lord’ Zech.4:6 [AMP]. This is one scripture you want to personalize, commit to memory and say out loud frequently. If the fire were to be sustained by the lamp and the candle stick alone, it will burn out. But God has planted olive trees beside you for ceaseless supply so that your lamp will never go off. Stay in the presence of God where you get to experience ceaseless miracles. You need to cultivate the presence of God so that you will never experience defeat. That is acceleration! ‘But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever’ Psalm 52:8 [MSG]. Establishment this year is not going to be by your strength but by the Spirit of Christ Jesus. It is the Holy Spirit that will give you the power that is required to set you apart this year. It is by the Spirit alone that you will access the ability to not only see but understand the deep things of God. The wisdom you require daily at the office and the enablement for each project will rest on you by the power of Holy Spirit.

Prayer: Father, not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirit. I will grow roots, bear fruits, stay green through all seasons and be established this year by Your Spirit, in Jesus Name.
