Heart To Heart
Acts 13:22 “But God removed Saul and replaced him with David, a man about whom God said, ‘I have found David son of Jesse, a man after my own heart. He will do everything I want him to do.”

Rest & Reflect
Psalm 127:2 “It is senseless for you to work so hard from early morning until late at night, fearing you will starve to death; for God wants his loved ones to get their proper rest.” (LB)
One of the quickest ways to lose perspective is to keep going without proper rest. One week without sleep and most people will be incoherent and disillusioned. Not because they are bad people but because they just need to rest. Read the rest of this entry

The first spiritual exercise for a healthy heart is The Exercise of Rest. 1 Kings 19:4 “Then he went on alone into the wilderness, traveling all day. He sat down under a solitary broom tree and prayed that he might die.
Heart Health
Proverbs 4:23 “So above all, guard the affections of your heart, for they affect all that you are. Pay attention to the welfare of your innermost being, for from there flows the wellspring of life.” (TPT)
Above your finances, businesses, and anything else in your life that you find precious, guard your heart. So, beginning today, we are going to be delving into how to have a healthy heart. We will draw examples from how to keep the physical heart healthy. Read the rest of this entry
Above All
Proverbs 4:23 “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.” (emphasis added)
Your heart is under constant attack, and it is all about your faith which is rooted in your heart. So, I pray for you that every heart attack of disappointment, discouragement, and disillusionment will come to nothing in your life in Jesus Name. Read the rest of this entry
Priority Heart
Proverbs 4:23 “Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.” (NKJV, emphasis added).
We will continue with our final thought from yesterday, which is that you do not need anyone to say sorry to you first before you forgive them. Just forgive and move on because some people, for example, some African parents, will never say sorry. Read the rest of this entry
