Open Up!

Acts 2:3-4 “Then, what looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability.”

The immediate evidence of being filled with the Holy Spirit is joy but the expression that comes out is, other tongues, speaking in other tongues. Must everybody speak in tongues? No! Some people remain at half a cup till they see Jesus and they are going to heaven. Read the rest of this entry

Our Advocate

John 14:16-18, & 20 “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth… No, I will not abandon you as orphans—I will come to you. …I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.”

When we look at what theologians have called the dispensation of divinity; there is a period that they categorize as the dispensation of Jehovah, of God the Father. That period is from creation till when Jesus came. Some people say that when Jesus came is the dispensation of the Son. Read the rest of this entry

Flow with GOD

Num.13:30 (KJV) “And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.”

Bring It On! Let The Streams Flow, Let The Waters Flow But Bring It On! There was a time in the history of the nation of Israel that God told them to go and take possession of their Promised Land. The same land that had been promised four hundred and thirty years before then. God said, “Choose twelve spies and let them go and spy the land”. The purpose of the spying of the land was to show them that the land they were going into was a land that was actually flowing with milk and honey. Read the rest of this entry

Unquestionable

Rev.19:10 (Voice) “…Stop it. Don’t you see? I am a servant like you and your brothers and sisters, all who hold fast to the testimony of Jesus. Address your worship to God, not to me! For the testimony about Jesus is essentially the prophetic spirit.”

It was prophesied that the Messiah would be forsaken by God. The prophecy is in Ps.22:1My God, my God, why have you abandoned me? Why are you so far away when I groan for help?” [with emphasis]. Read the rest of this entry

Place A Demand

2 Kings 2:13 Elisha picked up Elijah’s cloak, which had fallen when he was taken up. Then Elisha returned to the bank of the Jordan River. 14 He struck the water with Elijah’s cloak and cried out, “Where is the Lord, the God of Elijah?” Then the river divided, and Elisha went across.”

As we walk in the steps of our godly faithful predecessors, we will certainly experience the same grace that they experienced and do greater works to God’s glory. Read the rest of this entry

Without Injustice

Deut.32:4 (AMP) “The Rock! His work is perfect, For all His ways are just; A God of faithfulness without iniquity (injustice), Just and upright is He.”

What are you determined to receive? Elisha was determined to get a double portion of Elijah’s anointing and he set his eyes like a flint. Elisha had faithfully served Elijah; Read the rest of this entry

Eternal Home

Ps.27:4 (ERV) “I ask only one thing from the Lord. This is what I want most: Let me live in the Lord’s house all my life, enjoying the Lord’s beauty and spending time in his palace.

It never occurs to me that God will abandon me in spite of the things I know that He wants me to work on. It has never crossed my mind – not once! Why? It is because I am also a parent. Read the rest of this entry

Above & Beyond

Ps.23:5You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.” [NKJV]

My prayer is that in your life God will do things that eyes have never seen, ears have never heard, and things that have not entered into the imagination of men. God will glorify His Name in your life, in Jesus Name. Read the rest of this entry
