Luke 8:8 “…Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear.”
In today’s Scripture reference, Jesus is saying something that is very powerful. Jesus says “Whoever has ears to hear, let him hear.” Whoever has a radio to receive, let him tune-in. In times past, in the Old Testament, God spoke to our fathers and to the people He wanted to reach through the prophets. It is so important for you to hear God for yourself. If you cannot hear God for yourself, people will attempt to lead you in their own direction. My advice is, go into your closet and pray. It is very humbling to hear the voice of God. One of the most abused statements that I have come across as a person is, “God told me to do xyz”. I do not think a lot of people appreciate how dangerous it is to make such a bold claim.
