Trust And Obey
“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine’ Isa.55:8
God will ask you sometimes to behave as though you already have what you are requesting of Him. It is foolishness but faith is obeying God even though I don’t understand it. Faith is giving even when I don’t have it. God says give this mount, and you say, “Lord, I don’t even have it”. Faith is giving what you don’t have. Faith is persisting when I don’t feel like it. I was chatting with a young man who had a bad experience with his earthly father. And he was telling me that he cannot relate with God as a Father. Every time he tries to relate with God as a father, he finds that he has resentments. All the issues he has with his earthly father begin to play out in his relationship with God. On the white board in my office I have a simple equation written – “Jesus plus nothing equals everything”. That statement has set me free. I can go to bed and sleep. We have things to do, bills to pay, I don’t know how this or that is going to happen. But I can go to bed and sleep. Now it is important to pay detailed attention to the prayer of these lepers. They said Jesus, Master help us – have mercy upon us. They worshipped as it were. They recognized the person of Jesus. Please read Luke 17:11-18. It is an amazing story. Sometimes we read this kind of stories and we say in our heart “what an ungrateful bunch!” “How can anyone treat Jesus like that?” “Don’t they have home training, couldn’t they just have gone back to say thank you to Jesus?” But we need to check our lives, how grateful are we ourselves? Priority

The victory God wants to win in you is more important than the victory you want God to win for you. It’s not just about the breakthroughs; God wants to do a work in you and I that is more important than any breakthrough you and I can get. Don’t Stop, Keep Moving!
‘But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint’ Isaiah 40:31
The fourth thing that you and I need to know when the light turns to green is just move and keep moving. ‘Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. Focus

The third thing we need to deal with when the light changes to green is focus. Forward motion requires forward focus. You cannot be moving forward and be looking backwards. You are going to make a mistake or run into something. Act Fast

Jesus said concerning Jerusalem, “I wish you knew your time of visitation”. The fact that God desired it didn’t mean it was known to them.
