Premise, Promise
John 15:9-10 “I’ve loved you the way my Father has loved me. Make yourselves at home in my love. If you keep my commands, you’ll remain intimately at home in my love. That’s what I’ve done—kept my Father’s commands and made myself at home in his love.” (MSG).
God loves you. Wherever you are, whoever you are, God loves you. He cares about every single area of your life, and He wants to bless you. God wants you to be healthy in every area of your life. God wants you to be healthy spiritually. God wants you to be healthy physically. God wants you to be healthy mentally. Read the rest of this entry

Psalm 103:1-2 “Let all that I am praise the Lord; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me.”
How will your life look if it overflows with thanksgiving? In answering this question, the first thing we see is When GRACE Flows In. The second thing is, GRATITUDE fills up. Not One!
Habakkuk 3:17-18 Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Saviour.” (NIV)
Gratitude is linked to our ability to stay in the moment. Why? We need to learn to linger long enough to be thankful. Take Holy Communion for example, when you take Holy Communion, deliberately linger, and think. Remember what He has done for you, the sacrifices, Read the rest of this entry
Perspective. Protection. Practice.
Psalm 138:1 “To You, Lord, I give my whole heart, a heart filled with praise, for I am grateful; before the gods, my heart sings praises to You and You alone.” (Voice)
Gratitude will always have a ‘yet’. There is always a reason to be grateful in spite of… It is all about perspective. The situation may not have changed, but your attitude can change. It depends on how you see the situation. We all go through challenges, through very tough times. Read the rest of this entry
Point of View
Habakkuk 2:1 “I will climb up to my watchtower and stand at my guard post. There I will wait to see what the Lord says and how he will answer my complaint.”
When grace flows in, what happens? Gratitude fills up. I wonder if sometimes God looks at us and says, ‘The job you have, that is grace. The fact that you can even go to work tomorrow, is grace. The health that you have, that is also grace’. When grace flows in, gratitude fills up. Read the rest of this entry
Flows To Fill
Ephesians 2:8-9 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.” (NIV).
How will your life look if it overflows with thanksgiving? In answering this question, the first thing we saw is When GRACE Flows In. The second thing is, GRATITUDE fills up. So, when grace flows in, gratitude fills up. When I really understand grace, gratitude is the natural response. Read the rest of this entry
Picture of Grace
Romans 8:31 “What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” (NIV).
Your picture and understanding of God determines the quality of your life. When it comes to grace, people tend to be on one extreme or the other. One extreme projects God as the big man up there with a big stick waiting for you to make a mistake so that He can whack your head. One extreme says God is graceless. Read the rest of this entry
Generous Grace
2 Corinthians 13:14 “May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.”
I want you to think about your life, who is the stingiest person that you know? How much do people like to hang around that person? The truth is that no one likes stingy people. However, the challenge of our time, [because of the economic challenges in the world], Read the rest of this entry

John 10:10 “…But I have come to give you everything in abundance, more than you expect—life in its fullness until you overflow!” (TPT)
T stands for Transform Our Lives. John 10:10 “I came to give life – life in all its fullness.” (ICB). This life that Jesus came to give is tripartite and you need to get this. This fullness of life is New Life, Abundant Life, and Eternal life. New Life is what happens when we give our lives to Jesus. Read the rest of this entry
Cry Out!
Matthew 20:31-34 “…But they only shouted louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” When Jesus heard them, he stopped and called, “What do you want me to do for you?” “Lord,” they said, “we want to see!” Jesus felt sorry for them and touched their eyes. Instantly they could see!…”
The lifeguards tell us that they cannot save someone as long as the person is trying to save himself or herself. So, the more the person struggles, the more he or she drowns. The more you try to do it in your strength, the faster you go down. The lifeguard is trained to do two things when someone is drowning. Read the rest of this entry
