All Efforts
“Where there is no vision, the people perish” Prov.29:18 [KJV]
In military strategy, the principle of The Objective states thus: “Direct all efforts towards a clearly defined, decisive & attainable objective.” Three key things jump out immediately from this definition. Direct all efforts towards a Clearly Defined, Decisive and Attainable objective. So we are going to spend some time on those three things.
Your Business

My grandmother would say, “You cannot be looking at another person’s wristwatch to determine the timing of your own life”. Everybody has his or her own timing. Tell Someone Else
‘David asked the men standing near him, “What will be done for the man who kills this Philistine and removes this disgrace from Israel? …What David said was overhead and reported to Saul, and Saul sent for him’ 1 Sam.17:26 &31 [NIV]
Be a wise visionary and tell your vision to the right people. He then turned away to someone else and brought up the same matter, and the men answered him as before’ 1 Sam.17:30 [NIV]. Heart Check III
‘And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the Lord was with him. Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was afraid of him’ 1Sam.18:14-15 [KJV].
How did Saul lose his kingdom? There was battle, there needed to be sacrifice so that God would intervene. Samuel was supposed to come and perform the sacrifice. Saul waited and waited and Samuel was late. How can a man of God come late? But Samuel came late. And the Philistines were approaching, gathering, and closing in.
