For me, leading a church is a huge responsibility. There is no greater privilege or a more significant endeavor that I know of. Everyday I approach this weighty spiritual responsibility with the consciousness that I am accountable to God for the way I fulfill this calling and one day I will stand before Him. That’s a pretty good motivation for me to bring my best. Because when I stand before Him, I want to hear “Well done, Femi!”
