No Limit!

“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction” Prov.1:7 [NKJV]

Did the person that came first in your class have two heads? Are you familiar with this statement? A lot of us heard it repeatedly when we were growing up, especially relating to academic performance. The statement usually is accompanied with some strokes of the cane. Some people may say that it is a little bit extreme. Well, I do not think so because it drilled into me that no one is better than me. You are as good as you want to be. Where you are today is where you want to be. It is a choice you have made. But the question is, do you want to remain there or will you become better?

Are you going to continue complaining that life is so hard or are you going to take the pain to be a better person? It is your choice. Change your focus from how much there is to read and the people who have gone ahead of you and just start. Do not buy into the lie that you cannot catch up because you can and you will, in Jesus Name. There is no limit to what you can learn. There is no limit to how you can improve your life. You have to know yourself. You cannot grow if you do not know yourself. You cannot fulfill your destiny if you do not know yourself.

Prophet Isaiah had been saying woe to everybody including the king Uzziah. Woe for doing this and woe for doing that. Then the Bible says the day king Uzziah, his main object of criticism died, Isaiah saw the Lord. When you are so critical of people, you will not see the Lord. But when you stop being critical of people you will begin to see the Lord. “So I said: “Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The Lord of HostsIsa.6:5 [NKJV]. Isaiah began to see himself as part of the unclean people, which was not the case previously.

People that are critical of others do not know themselves. People that are quick to judge other people, have no clue about who they are. When you really know who you are, it humbles you. You realize that you would not be standing if not for God’s grace. God touched him, cleansed him and God now commissioned him. Isaiah was already a prophet but until he saw himself, he could not enter into his destiny.

Prayer: Lord, please reveal me to me so I can enter into my destiny, in Jesus Name.
