1 Sam.3:19 As Samuel grew up, the Lord was with him, and everything Samuel said proved to be reliable.”

Samuel encountered God and the very next day he had to take a stand for God. 1 Sam.3:15 Samuel stayed in bed until morning, then got up and opened the doors of the Tabernacle as usual. He was afraid to tell Eli what the Lord had said to him. 16 But Eli called out to him, “Samuel, my son.” “Here I am,” Samuel replied. 17 “What did the Lord say to you? Tell me everything. And may God strike you and even kill you if you hide anything from me!” So Samuel told Eli everything God told him; God was chastising Eli on his affairs.

As God has changed our destinies for good, I pray that every false way of serving God will loose its hold on our lives. I pray that you will be bold enough to confront every false prophet or teaching trying to influence you, in Jesus Name. I pray that you will not cower in fear but rather, you will become a voice for God. When God changes your destiny for good, as you move forward, you will have to confront the old. Be bold in the God that has changed your destiny; He is the God of all flesh. And God will back you up. When people try to get you to do things that will make you an enemy of God, refuse them and stand for God. There is life in no other but God. Stand up for God and God will stand up for you.

1 Sam.3: 18 “So Samuel told Eli everything; he didn’t hold anything back. “It is the Lord’s will,” Eli replied. “Let him do what he thinks best.” To show you how off Eli was, he did not even repent or plead for mercy. Meaning that if Samuel had not executed his destiny change and spoken, it might have affected him because he was in the house of Eli. You have to take a stand and put an end to the things that do not align with God in your life. You are no longer subject to the inclinations of your sinful nature. It ends with your destiny change. And as you execute it, God will protect you.

God protected Samuel so much that all the days of his life, the Philistines never came to harass the children of Israel. Because Samuel spoke up for God, his community, his country was divinely protected from evil. As you speak up, all that concerns you will receive divine protection in Jesus Name.

Prayer: Holy Spirit, I ask for great boldness to stand tall for God and speak His truth, in Jesus Name. Amen!
