Rejoicing Follows

Act 8: 7 “Many evil spirits were cast out, screaming as they left their victims. And many who had been paralyzed or lame were healed. 8 So there was great joy in that city”

This year you will have great joy and God will bring great joy to people through you, in Jesus Name. Please read Acts 8:4-8, the Bible says that because of the miracles in the city, there was great joy. Because of the miracles that Jesus will work through you, there will be great joy in your city. That is what God wants for you. God wants to work miracles through you. Do you receive that today?

Interestingly, God has created us for signs and wonders but we are looking for signs and wonders. Something is wrong with that. You are the miracle worker. Yes, you! Stop feeling uncomfortable and embrace it. Miracles bring rejoicing at home, at work, in your business, in your relationships, in the market place. Imagine yourself working miracles at your office; imagine the depth of joy and rejoicing it will bring to everyone around.

A little girl possessed with demons was manifesting in school one morning and it caused a lot of pandemonium. Most of the other children were afraid and the teachers confused and afraid; no one knew how to handle the situation. And a little boy walked up to the demon-possessed girl and said, “In the Name of Jesus I command you, come out of her”. The demons screamed and left the little girl and she was calm. Everybody was curious; how did he do it? The little boy said, “That is how my daddy does it. He just commands them and they go!” The boy believed that demons are nothing; command them in the Name of Jesus and they will go and that was his reality.

You and your children are for signs and wonders. There was joy in that classroom, the teachers had joy, the children had joy, and the whole school had joy. When miracles happen, rejoicing follows. Miracles are going to burst forth in our lives and rejoicing will follow. That child could do what he did because he saw his father do it. Let your children experience Jesus through your actions and through the miracles Jesus will do through you.

Prayer: Father, I declare that the children that God has given me and I are made for signs and wonders and rejoicing will overflow from our lives, in Jesus Name. Amen!
