Psalm 42:1-2 “As the deer longs for streams of water, so I long for you, O God. I thirst for God, the living God. When can I go and stand before him?”

Passionate Plea
Psalm 103:7 “He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.” (KJV)
The Voice Translation of the same scripture reads, “He showed Moses His ways; He allowed His people Israel to see His wonders and acts of power.” The children of Israel just saw God’s acts and saw the miracles, but they did not know how it came. Read the rest of this entry

Favour O’ Clock
Ps.44:3 “They did not conquer the land with their swords; it was not their own strong arm that gave them victory. It was your right hand and strong arm and the blinding light from your face that helped them, for you favoured them.” (NLT, KJV, emphasis added)

Principles & Miracles
Eccl.9:11 “The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn’t always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skilful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don’t always lead successful lives…”
There are two dimensions of favour. Largely. The first is Favour By Principles; there are certain principles that unlock favour. Ultimate Substitute
Heb.2:10 “God, for whom and through whom everything was made, chose to bring many children into glory. And it was only right that he should make Jesus, through his suffering, a perfect leader, fit to bring them into their salvation.”

Voice of Purpose
Ps.29:4,7,&9 The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is majestic. The voice of the Lord strikes with bolts of lightning. The voice of the Lord twists mighty oaks and strips the forests bare. In his Temple everyone shouts, “Glory!”
John 11:37 “But some said, “This man healed a blind man. Couldn’t he have kept Lazarus from dying?” Why didn’t Jesus keep Lazarus from dying? Jesus did not keep Lazarus from dying because Jesus wanted to raise Lazarus from the dead. Why didn’t God stop them from firing me from my job? Read the rest of this entry
Faith Fundamental
Heb. 11:1&6 “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (NIV]
Have you struggled to accept miracles when they occur? I am guilty and I will tell you my story. The voice of doubt is so real, and it keeps a lot of us back. Refresh
Isa.55:8-9 “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.”
Please read John 5:16-47; every time we open God’s Word, we must approach it knowing that it is so hugely important. So, my prayer for us is that God will teach us Himself and give us understanding in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Jesus was an enigma. Read the rest of this entry
