Better Life

John 14:19 “Soon I will leave this world and they will see me no longer, but you will see me, because I will live again, and you will come alive too” (TPT, emphasis added).

The week before Easter in the Church calendar is what is known as the passion week. The passion week is the week where we commemorate the suffering of Jesus, the crucifixion, the death, and the resurrection of Jesus. Read the rest of this entry

Childlike

Mark 10:14 “…Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children. 15 I tell you the truth, anyone who doesn’t receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it.” [with emphasis].

When God looks at you and calls you champion, it is not wishful thinking or motivational speaking. God is not just trying to make you feel good and He is not just trying to pep you up. Read the rest of this entry

From Not For?

Matt. 11:12 (NKJV) And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.

For you to take delivery of your destiny, you have to engage in purposeful violent conflict that will drive the opposition away from a place where it is not wanted or needed. Read the rest of this entry

Engrafted

1Pet.1:23 “For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God” [with emphasis]

Yesterday, we talked about the two types of truth abusers, which are the naïve and the brutal truth abusers. You have to know which one you are tilted towards. I am tilted just a little bit to the brutal.

Pure Joy I

Ps. 16:11 (VOICE) “Instead, You direct me on the path that leads to a beautiful life.  As I walk with You, the pleasures are never-ending, and I know true joy and contentment.”

The joy that is in the Kingdom is in the Holy Spirit and in walking with God. It is as we get into God and into our relationship with Him that we get into His life and experience His joy. Like it is stated in today’s Scripture reference, as you walk with God, the pleasures in your life will be unending. Read the rest of this entry

Say Amen!

Isa. 55:12 (NKJV) “For you shall go out with joy, and be led out with peace; The mountains and the hills shall break forth into singing before you, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands

Everybody can say there is a casting down but you will go out in joy – believe me! You have to receive it. Again I declare over you, everybody can be saying that things are hard but you will be led forth in peace, in Jesus Name. Read the rest of this entry

Economize!

There is treasure in the house of the godly…” Prov.15:6

A lot of us are familiar with the war in 1991 called Operation Desert Storm. The late Saddam Hussein bragged about it being “the mother of all wars” but it turned out to be the mother of all defeats. The U.S. bombarded Iraq and reduced it to almost nothing. Then they economically sent in allied forces led by the US. By the time the war was over, the allied forces had lost only Read the rest of this entry

The Way

“Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me” Jn.14:6

If God has called you to do something and you do not do it, God will do everything possible to bring you to your knees. Ask Jonah. I can tell you stories, even my own stories but I have chosen to go the easy way. As long as God sends me, I will do it. Why? It is because God does not change His mind. He is not making things up as we go. He has already said this is what you will do and that is what you will do. You are most secured in the center of God’s will for your life. You do not choose many things when it comes to God. Thinking you have choices is in itself a waste of time. Read the rest of this entry

The Kingdom

And from the days of John the Baptist until the present time, the kingdom of heaven has endured violent assault, and violent men seize it by force [as a precious prize—a share in the heavenly kingdom is sought with most ardent zeal and intense exertion]” Matt.11:12 [AMP].

Jesus wants us to understand how the Kingdom of God works. The way the Kingdom is orchestrated is on a violent assault basis. The Kingdom is advanced violently. The territories you take are sustained violently. The Kingdom is expanded violently. If you want to stand for the Kingdom you must be prepared to endure violent assault. The kingdom is not expanded without violent assault and intense exertion. You need to fight for your children. Sadly, some parents are Read the rest of this entry

Submerged!

“But if I am casting out demons by the power of God, then the Kingdom of God has arrived among you.” Luke 11:20 [emphasis added]

Imagine your life and your world totally submerged in God’s Kingdom. Which means that your world and your life will be filled with the power of God, righteousness, peace, joy in the Holy Spirit, health etc. You would not be talking about healing anymore; you will be talking about health. You would not be talking about financial breakthrough anymore; you will be talking about wealth. You would not be Read the rest of this entry
