Time To Rejoice

The judge ignored her for a while, but finally he said to himself, ‘I don’t fear God or care about people, but this woman is driving me crazy. I’m going to see that she gets justice, because she is wearing me out with her constant requests!’ Luke 18:4-5.

The fourth thing we learn from Luke 18:1-8 is the Judge has the final say. For some of us we have been laboring under a heavy yoke of certain pronouncements that were made over us. The Good News for you today is that the Judge has the final say over your life. Your colleague does not have the final say. Your boss does not have the final say. Even your parents do not have the final say. Jesus has the final say. The Father has the final say. So what is it you have been told will never happen? It does not matter who said it because who is he that has decreed a thing and it has come to pass when the Lord has not decreed it [Lam.3:37]. It is time to rejoice because God has the final say. You know what set me free in my walk with God, why I am able to say things I feel that God wants me to say? It is because one day God asked me, “What separates the chaff from the wheat?” I had to think very hard. The chaff is that thing that the wheat is in. He says, “you are the chaff and My Word is the wheat. Just speak My Word”. When God speaks, many times we bring it in comparison with our feelings. Listen, it has nothing to do with your feelings. Whatever has been said concerning your health is just a diagnosis. It is the counsel of God that will stand. Whatever has been said concerning your finances are just economic indicators. It is the Word of God that will stand. In your marriage, your spouse is just saying what his/her wishes but it is the counsel of God that will stand in your marriage.

You may be reading this today and saying to yourself that perhaps if you had heard this word before now because your situation is far-gone. The God that raises the dead will resurrect that situation and rule in your favour in the mighty name of Jesus. God is saying to you today, “I am the Judge of the whole earth. I am the God of all flesh, is there anything that is too hard for Me?” Nothing! So what if for the longest time you have not been able to conceive at all? In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you will conceive in your womb and you will have your own children in the Mighty Name of Jesus. It is time to rejoice.

Prayer: Father, I thank You because indeed it is my time to rejoice and the sound of rejoicing will never seize from my lips, in Jesus Name.
