A Message For You IV

‘And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven’ Matt.16:19.

The Lord’s fourth message to you is engage the supernatural. For that vision to come to fruition, for that dream to come to fruition, you need to engage the supernatural. ‘Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means ‘rock’), and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it. And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven”’ Matt.16:18-19. The truth is that you cannot divorce the church from the supernatural. The birth of the church is a supernatural assembly. So when you come to church expect the supernatural. When we are waiting on God at different seasons expect the supernatural. I was watching an interview of the owner of the mount Zion film group. The interviewer said, “You have a great thing going here. You are teaching real values but why is that there are always demons in your programs? Are you focused on demons?” And the man says, “ Firstly, didn’t you see Jesus there too? Why are you focused on the demons? Secondly, who prevailed at the end? Jesus. Thirdly, any Christian experience or drama that does not depict the supernatural is awada keri keri” [Yoruba word meaning a comedy]. Christians that don’t engage the supernatural power of God are a joke to the society. It is strange that we have churches that don’t want to talk about the power of God or about the supernatural. Pastors usually like to be in charge but the supernatural takes things out of your control. God is in control and anything can happen. A church without the supernatural is comedy. Jesus said “every plant that my heavenly father has not planted I you shall be rooted up” and things begin to get rooted up.

You have to realize that your business or career is an extension of the Kingdom. So expect resistance from hell but above that, expect victory through Jesus. Why because Jesus says “I will build my church”. So see your business, family, and everything that God is doing through you as an extension of the Kingdom and not just the physical church.

Prayer: Father, I condemn today every resistance against my walk with You, my work for You, my family, my finances, and all You are doing in me, in Jesus Name.
