Worship I
“They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity” Acts 2:46
We see from this particular scripture that all the believers’ fellowshipped together. All the believers met together in one place each day to worship and praise God. The second thing that the early church was major on is Worship and worship is so powerful. When we come together to worship Jesus it is so very powerful. In fact since the recorded history of man every human race no matter how primitive or how advanced has worshipped something. The ancient Read the rest of this entry
All Or Nothing?
“And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together” Gen.22:8 [KJV]
Being sold out is so crucial. God took my wife and I through an interesting path, a season that God was challenging us to be totally sold out. We used to pastor in a denominational church before God called us out. But while we were there, I was running a business locally and internationally and they were doing well. Then Read the rest of this entry
Building Blocks
“Build for me an altar… and offer your sacrifices to me… Build my altar wherever I cause my name to be remembered, and I will come to you and bless you” Ex.20:24
There are two major factors when it comes to building an altar. There are other factors of course but there are two main factors. When it comes to building an altar the first factor is Faith and the second factor is Sacrifice.
The Faith Factor: “And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him” Heb11:6. The Read the rest of this entry

“O Lord my God, you have performed many wonders for us. Your plans for us are too numerous to list. You have no equal. If I tried to recite all your wonderful deeds, I would never come to the end of them” Ps.40:5.
“And men go abroad to admire the heights of mountains, the mighty waves of the sea, the broad tides of rivers, the compass of the ocean, and the circuits of the stars, yet pass over the mystery of themselves without a thought.” – Augustine of Hippo. Man travels to space and we go to Kilimanjaro and we try to explore the ocean, we look at the stars and the moon. But Augustine of Read the rest of this entry
Consider This!
“Look up into the heavens. Who created all the stars? He brings them out like an army, one after another, calling each by its name. Because of his great power and incomparable strength, not a single one is missing” Isa.40:26
Do you know how many stars are in the universe? Scientists tell us that there are about one septillion, that is one followed by twenty-four zeros [1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000]. And that is in the observable universe alone. “He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name” Ps.147:4. It is huge enough that He determines the numbers of the stars. It is Read the rest of this entry
Mirror Image
“Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation” Col.1:15
Jesus is the visible image of the invisible God. In other words, even though God is spirit, but when you look at God who you would see, is Jesus. If there were a mirror large enough to capture God’s face and God stands in front of it, His mirror image would be Jesus. Jesus existed before anything else [Col.1:17]. The reason why I can confidently say that the demons that have been Read the rest of this entry
Heart Check VIII
‘O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is’ Ps.63:1 [KJV]
A Worshipping heart. There are a hundred and fifty Psalms in the Bible, David wrote seventy-nine of them. In fact, he compiled the entire Book of Psalms but he composed seventy-nine. More than half, the other seventy-one psalms were composed by other people, that tells you of his heart. Ps.63:1, David says ‘my soul, my soul [in our context] and my flesh is seeking to worship God. You and I know that even when our souls and our spirits are alive maybe in the Read the rest of this entry
Only Jesus
‘Crying out, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!” Luke17:13
Now it is important to pay detailed attention to the prayer of these lepers. They said Jesus, Master help us – have mercy upon us. They worshipped as it were. They recognized the person of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven given unto man by which he can be saved. The Word of God says that ‘when you come to the Father, everything you ask in His name, He will hear you’. Jesus is the way, He the truth, and He is the life. These ten lepers were clear about that, they acknowledged it, and they Read the rest of this entry
Waiting Time V
“So you, too, must keep watch! For you do not know the day or hour of my return’ Matt.25:13.
A lot of people are saying, when will Jesus come? Will Jesus really come? It is taking a long time. Listen, the issue is not whether Jesus will come or not because Jesus will come. The issue is will you be ready? The best time to get ready is now for that next thing you are trusting and waiting on God for. When is the best time to get ready? The best time is now. Why? Take note, the light is about to change. Preparation matures us for the vision. Like someone said, “it is not enough to do the right thing, you must do the right thing for long enough”. All Consuming Passion
‘The eyes of the Lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him…’ 2Chr.16:9
I like to be very dramatic with my adoration of Jesus. I believe that God delights in my larger than life actions. He will say to the angels, ‘As soon as he wakes up, watch what he is going to do. And as soon as I wake up, I just somersault from my bed, fall face down on the ground and I say “Kaaabiesi o!” [a Yoruba word meaning unquestionable]. The first time I started doing it, I was going to roll and fall off the bed. But my wife noticed and she caught me. I said ‘wait’, so I Read the rest of this entry
