Dealings

Dan.2:²⁰ “He said, “Praise the name of God forever and ever, for he has all wisdom and power. ²¹ He controls the course of world events; he removes kings and sets up other kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the scholars. ²² He reveals deep and mysterious things…”

For some people, God has been dealing with them about the same thing for years and getting the same wrong responses. Some people throw tantrums and scatter things like they are toddlers. Such people’s response to God’s dealings is tantrums, but not Daniel. How far can that take such a person really? How far do you think tantrums would have taken Daniel? Stop throwing tantrums, tantrums only produce carryovers. Promotion only comes when you grow up. Guess what? God is the Ancient of days, He does not grow old and He is very patient. It is humans that actually run against time, but God is eternal. The earlier we shape up and respond appropriately, the better.

Everybody experiences challenges on and off. You will be amazed at the kind of pressure some people are faced with. Just tackle it and while you are at it, have fun. Some people see me playing and their conclusion is, I do not have any challenges. It is not that I do not face challenges; I do but I am deliberate about the right response and the God response. Everybody has trials – everybody! The only people that do not have trials are in the grave. There is nothing special about your problems so do not specialize it! Everybody has trials; it is how you respond that will determine if you will be promoted or not. Promotion does not come from the east or from the west, promotion comes from God. Daniel knew this truth even though he was serving an ungodly king. Daniel knew that it is God that raises up one and brings down another.

I honestly pray you see this and you get what God is delivering to us in this season. If you get this, your life will be unbelievably enjoyable. Unbelievable not because the problems will go away [I pray they will go], but because you will be promoted. However, note that new level means new devil. Every new level will have its own share of challenges but if you understand the fundamentals, you will be able to apply it consistently, gain promotion and victory. I pray that you will have the right responses to trials and as God sees those responses, you will get promoted. Say out loud; I will be promoted because I will respond appropriately, in Jesus Name.

It is having the right perception about God that empowers you to count it all joy in the midst of hard circumstances. It is having the right perception about God that helps you take the right actions, have the right mindset, embrace, endure, and also overcome.
