Break Through!

Daniel 10:^12-13 “…Since the first day you began to pray … your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer. But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way. Then Michael, one of the archangels, came to help me…”.

Again, I pray that every stronghold that is resisting your progress spiritually, you will break through this season in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Everything that is a ceiling over you will crack open in the Mighty Name of Jesus. The objective of the negative stronghold is to prevent enlargement. It could be an idea that you have taken from your great-grandfather, passed down to your grandfather, and to your father. Now you are also holding on to the idea that has kept generations bound. You need to let it go.

It could be social. Let’s take people who are single, for instance. If you are friends with some people who are single, you can tell that this is why this person has remained single. Sometimes, it is because of a mindset which has been nurtured. In fact, that mindset has become the person’s pet. I know some single people that even when God brings a partner, that stronghold will manifest and break things up. Now, you cannot blame God. You need to pull down that stronghold and you will in the Name of Jesus. Sometimes married people maintain the stronghold of “my father cheated on my mother”. Her husband is a good man, but she is suspecting every move he is making. You are frustrating that man. That stronghold can cause a problem for that marriage. Social strongholds in relationships, in different dimensions.

The stronghold could be developmental, strongholds that keep people from personal development. At the beginning of the year, you picked a book that you were going to read. This is the second week in January, and you have not even opened the book. Every time you attempt to open the book, sweet sleep takes over. That is a stronghold attempting to hold you down. But it will fail in the Name of Jesus. It could be a career stronghold manifesting through a physical person. Some people say you will not be promoted, except over their dead bodies. In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you will be promoted, and it will be in front of them. If they need to go, they will go. Strongholds attempt to limit enlargement.

It could be a financial stronghold. Some people have a financial capacity cap. As long as they are earning maybe three million a month, they are fine. But when it gets to five million, they panic. A lot of people panic when God increases them to earning twenty million a month. How you know they panic is they begin to misbehave, to remove the ancient landmarks. Eventually, such people return to where they were because they could not handle the increase, the new level.

Prayer: Father, in the Name of Jesus, I tear down every negative stronghold in my life. Amen!
