The Way Maker

John 11:43-44 “Then Jesus shouted, “Lazarus, come out!”  And the dead man came out, his hands and feet bound in graveclothes, his face wrapped in a headcloth. Jesus told them, “Unwrap him and let him go!”

 

We will kick off today’s devotional with our final thought from yesterday which is, Lazarus was delivered but he was not free. Do you mean that after that powerful Word brought the man from the dead, carried him, and presented him before the people, he still was not free? No! We confuse deliverance with freedom many times. We have looked at the way of “A” Access to Jesus, “B” Belief, and “C” Concerted Effort. The fourth way I am praying will open to you is The Way Of Deliverance. John 11:43-44 “Then Jesus shouted, “Lazarus, come out!” And the dead man came out…”. In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I speak into your life, everything that represents Lazarus I say, hear the voice of the Lord, Lazarus come forth, in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Remember

Deuteronomy 8:2 “Remember how the Lord your God led you through the wilderness for these forty years, humbling you and testing you to prove your character, and to find out whether or not you would obey his commands.”

You cannot be mighty and be petty at the same time. People who are easily offended are not usually great. People who are easily offended are usually mediocre, average. But you are going to be great, you are not going to be mediocre or average in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Read the rest of this entry

Forced Favour

Isaiah 49:25 “Eternal One: Hard to believe, but it shall be so. The captives will be taken from the hand of the mighty, And the spoil of war will be rescued from the tyrant. I will liberate them from their captors and contend with your enemies. I will save your children. (Voice)

The first dimension of favour that God is giving us in this season is forced favour or what you call favour by force. Some people do not just like your face, but God will compel them to favour you in the Name of Jesus. For some of us, we know that if there were to be an election, no one will vote for us.
