Daily Bread

“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in Me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from Me you can do nothing” John15:5

How will you treat a relationship that is your life? How will you handle a relationship that your life, existence, and eternity depends on? Imagine a young man who has lived in abject poverty all his life gets to meet the president. And the president says to him, one day in the coming week, between Read the rest of this entry

God Wants You

“Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock” Matt.7:25

God allows the pain you have experienced in the past, or the pain you are currently experiencing, and perhaps the pain you might experience in the future for a purpose. However, many of us get too engrossed in the pain and allow it to make us bitter. Whereas God is saying ‘the pain is supposed to draw Read the rest of this entry

Womb Of Adversity

‘God replied to Moses, I Am Who I Am. Say this to the people of Israel: I Am has sent me to you’. Ex.3:14

When you examine the revelations of God throughout Scripture, a lot of these revelations were birthed in the womb of adversity. Every Christian encounters adversity at one point or the other of his or her walk with God. Even the prophets of old experienced adversity and this birthed in them a new and Read the rest of this entry

Draw Near

But as for me, how good it is to be near God! I have made the Sovereign Lord my shelter, and I will tell everyone about the wonderful things you do.” Ps.73:28

The beauty of having a personal walk with God and being in a relationship with God is that you get personal revelations of who God really is. Meaning, you get to know who God really is for yourself. It is one thing to know about someone but it is another thing to know the person. Just like it is one thing to Read the rest of this entry

Access Control VI

“Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends” Rev.3:20

And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a girl named Rhoda came to answer. When she recognized Peter’s voice, because of her gladness she did not open the gate, but ran in and announced that Peter stood before the gate. But they said to her, “You are beside yourself!” Yet she kept insisting that it was so. So they said, “It is his angel.” Now Peter continued knocking; and when they opened the door and saw him, they were astonishedActs 12:13-16 [NKJV]. You are believing God for something, you have prayed and the answer Read the rest of this entry

Access Control V

“Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends” Rev.3:20

You need to shut the door at negative influences. Some of us just need to shut the door at gossip. Gossip is a negative influence. The story comes to you and it has a way of burning on your insides until you speak it out. It is as if fire is in your bosom, have you heard? Did you know? So you pass it on from one Read the rest of this entry

Access Control IV

So I tell you, live the way the Spirit leads you. Then you will not do the evil things your sinful self wants. The sinful self wants what is against the Spirit, and the Spirit wants what is against the sinful self” Gal.5:16-17 [ERV]

God is bringing us into a new season and so it is key that you and I shut the door to satan in our lives and shut the door to bad habits. You insist on drinking alcohol but it is destroying your liver. And the Bible says your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and what does God say He will do to anyone who Read the rest of this entry

Access Control III

And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.” Matt.16:19

The door is a symbol of access control. I trust that in this season God will open your eyes to see areas where you need to shut the door to the enemy. A man was ministering somewhere outside of the state in which he resides and God showed him that a pack of wolves were approaching his house. And he knows that his wife always leaves the kitchen door open, meaning that the wolves Read the rest of this entry

Access Control II

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” James 4:7 [KJV].

This is just the beginning in your life. Imagine someone who chooses to stay on one side of the door, refuses to open the door or go in, and opts to peep through the keyhole? That person will see but can the person experience? No! Listen there are certain things in your life that you have to be willing to let go of. I declare again that this is just the beginning in your life. I heard Bishop T.D. Read the rest of this entry

Access Control I

“I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven” Matt.16:19 [NIV]

A door is a form of access control; it allows the people that put the door there to control access into a room, a palace, a store, or the garage where the door is put. The door is a symbol of access control. If God wants you to open the door we can assume that you have the keys to the door because what is the value of having a door without a key. Having a door without a key is like Read the rest of this entry
