Why?

Ps.23:3 “He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honour to his name.”

Why do we do the things we do? It is all for God’s glory. Why will God set a table for you in the presence of your enemies? It is all, all for God’s glory. So that when you are feasting and singing praises to God, and they ask, ‘Which God are you praising?’ You will respond, ‘My Jesus!’ Isn’t that beautiful? Read the rest of this entry

His Praise

Ps.104:31 “May the glory of the Lord continue forever! The Lord takes pleasure in all he has made!”

What price are you willing to pay so that you can live like few will? One of my colleagues said, ‘Your neck is growing thinner and thinner, what is going on?’ I said, ‘We are fasting’ and the look on her face was, is it not the same fast all of us are doing? The key thing is, the price you are willing to embrace, the sacrifice you are willing to embrace is what will separate you from the pack. God is taking you on an uncommon path because of the uncommon dream that He has for you. You have to embrace your path; you have to embrace your own story. It is not according to the books, but it is your story, and it is for God’s glory.

God’s dream for you is a good dream and it is a journey of uncommon paths. And on this journey, we encounter things like the prison and other things that we perceive as torment. But could it be that God wants to use the things that torment us to mentor us? Read the rest of this entry

The Journey

Ps.66:10-12 “He trained us first, passed us like silver through refining fires, brought us into hardscrabble country, pushed us to our very limit, road-tested us inside and out, took us to hell and back; Finally he brought us to this well-watered place.” (MSG)

For us that are in the New Covenant, the uncommon dream that God has for us, the God-sized dream that God has for us will take us on a journey of uncommon paths. The path that God is taking you through is not the path your brothers took. It is not the path that your sisters took. Read the rest of this entry

Glory Road

2 Corinthians 4:16-17 “That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!”

The second thing about God’s dream for you is, God’s Dream Will Take You On A Journey Of Uncommon Paths. Please read Genesis 3945. It is the story of Joseph. God’s dream will take you on a journey of uncommon paths. Read the rest of this entry

Good Dreams

Psalm 139:16 “You saw who you created me to be before I became me! Before I’d ever seen the light of day, the number of days you planned for me were already recorded in your book.”

When the God sized dream becomes a vision, when what could be, becomes what should be, it becomes God’s dream for your life. Let’s delve into four things about God’s dream for your life. The first is, God’s Dream For Your Life Is A Good Dream. Sometimes, we are not sure if God means well for us. To be honest, there was a time in my life that I was not quite sure if I could fully trust God with my life. Does He really know what He is doing? I acknowledge that God exists, but can I fully trust Him? Does He have a good plan for me? If you are in this space where you are unsure, God is saying to you, “For I know the plans I have for you…” (Jeremiah 29:11). Read the rest of this entry

Get Understanding

Genesis 13:14-15 “…the Lord said to Abram, “Look as far as you can see in every direction—north and south, east and west. I am giving all this land, as far as you can see, to you and your descendants as a permanent possession.”

Anyone can dream, it does not cost anything to dream. God expects us to have big dreams. When you have a big dream, a God sized dream from heaven, God always supplies the provision. When there is vision, there is always provision. However, it is primarily not about the money because the people you impact, the lives you change are more important than the money you make. That big dream for your business should not be primarily because you want to make a huge amount of money. It is good to make a huge amount of money and you will make it in millions, billions, and trillions in Jesus Name. But really the lives you change are more important than the money you make. Therefore, it becomes money with a mission. Read the rest of this entry

Hand It Up

1 Cor.1:25 “This foolish plan of God is wiser than the wisest of human plans, and God’s weakness is stronger than the greatest of human strength.”

Get Wisdom. Stretch Your Imagination. Establish Your Goals. Build The Team (or join the team). When you have done these four, then you need to Commit It To God. Team Building

Dan.2:17-18 “Daniel …told his companions Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah what was going on. He asked them to pray to the God of heaven for mercy in solving this mystery so that the four of them wouldn’t be killed along with the whole company of Babylonian wise men.” (MSG)

We will kick off today’s devotional from where our final point yesterday. Great people always build teams. Dream Team

Get Wisdom. Stretch Your Imagination. Establish Your Goals. Build The Team. You need to build a team for every dream. Everyone that will fulfil the greatness that God has for them must build a team because no great dream can be fulfilled alone. Read the rest of this entry

Goals & Teams

Prov.24:3-4 “Wisdom is required to build a house; understanding is necessary to make it secure. Knowledge is needed to furnish all the rooms and fill them with beautiful treasures. (Voice)

After you go after wisdom and stretch your imagination, then you need to Establish Goals. Philip.3:13-14No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.” Read the rest of this entry
