Rev.4:¹ “Then as I looked, I saw a door standing open in heaven, and the same voice I had heard before spoke to me like a trumpet blast. The voice said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after this.” [with emphasis]

No matter how high you are, no matter what level you are in God, there is always a higher level in God. Some people claim to be on the mountain consistently or have all the spiritual inoculations and so they do not need to engage in spiritual practices to go up higher. However, the truth is that there is always a higher level in God. Except you are higher than God, then there will be no higher level. God is the Most High so there is always a higher level in God. There are people that the only thing they are holding unto is the experiences they had in God fifteen years ago. Praise God for those testimonies but what is happening today? What is God saying today? How is God using you today?

Spiritual things are for everybody so do not opt out, claiming they are for a certain group of people alone. Jesus died for you so you qualify for spiritual things. God is calling you to step up spiritually. “…The voice said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after this.” [with emphasis]. There are things that are pertinent to your destiny, things that you cannot see from where you are. There are things that you need to know about your destiny but they are not accessible from your current level. There are things you need to know about your life, about your business, and about your career. Things that God wants to show you but guess what? They are not accessible from where you are. You need to step up.

“…“Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after this.” [with emphasis]. There are things you can only see from up there that you cannot see from down here. Even physically, what someone on the thirteenth floor of a building can only access at that height, another person standing at ground level cannot see it no matter how hard they try. But if the person on the ground floor gets an invitation to the thirteenth floor, the person is able to see much more. God is saying to you and I, come up here so that you can see what I am seeing.

Prayer: Lord God, I accept Your invitation to come up higher. I see the unspoken responsibility and I commit to give it all that it takes, in Jesus Name. Amen!
