The Move

Acts 13:³⁶ “For David, after he had served God’s will and purpose and counsel in his own generation, fell asleep [in death] and was buried among his forefathers…” (AMPC)

You have come to the place of flowing mercy, and you will receive mercy in the Name of Jesus. You have come to the place of flowing grace, and you will receive grace in the Name of Jesus. Grace everywhere! There will be no scarcity of grace in your life. There will be no scarcity of mercy in your life. There will be no scarcity of favour in your life. God wants His mercy to flow ceaselessly in your life. Everywhere you turn, you will collide with grace. I want you to keep it at the back of your mind that Bethesda is the place of flowing mercy, of flowing waters, of flowing grace. John 5:³ “In these lay a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame, paralyzed, waiting for the moving of the water.” (NKJV).

Listen, in our world today, there are crowds of sick people gathered on social media just waiting for something, waiting for a move of God. They don’t know that it is a move of God they are waiting for, but they are waiting for a move of God. And that move of God will happen through you in the Name of Jesus. As you create your own content, the river of flowing mercy, the river of flowing grace will flow into their lives in the Name of Jesus. See yourself as the angel, the messenger that God has sent into the lives of tons and tons of people. Millions of people, clueless about life, wake up in the morning and the first thing they open on their phones is a social media app. They are looking for something, they are hungry for a move. Again, I pray that move begins from us in the Name of Jesus.

You see people posting nice selfies on social media but many of them are sick people, depressed, jealous, eaten with envy, and confused. But they are pretty on the outside, so they put forward the “make-up” to cover the sickness. Yet they show up anyway because in their hearts there is a hunger for a move, for something that will inspire them to go to their next level. And I pray that that wave will come from you in the Name of Jesus. That move of God will come from you in the Name of Jesus. John 5:⁴ “For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had.” (NKJV, emphasis added). The word angel means messenger of the Lord. I pray that you will be the angel of the Lord to your generation. Like David, you will serve your generation in the Name of Jesus.

Prayer: Father, in the Name of Jesus, I will serve God’s will, purpose, and counsel for my generation. I am a conduit for the move of God, in Jesus Name. Amen!
