Trigger Time

John 2:3-5 “The wine supply ran out during the festivities, so Jesus’ mother told him, “They have no more wine.” “Dear woman, that’s not our problem,” Jesus replied. “My time has not yet come.” But his mother told the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.”

When you want to get in sync with God, when you want your life to be synced with what has been written concerning you, you need to get into the Word of God. In other words, the success of your book depends on how you are aligned with His book. The summation of your life is written in His book. So, the success of that life, and the success of your book depends on how you are aligned with His book. It means that when we are not aligned, we get out of sync. But you will get realigned today in the Name of Jesus. The assumption is that if your life is a book then there are chapters in the book. And you are entering into a new chapter this season in the Mighty Name of Jesus. There are two main ways to a new chapter.

The first is what is the Trigger and the second is the Timing. It can be by either or by both. In other words, you can enter into a new chapter by trigger, or by timing, or by trigger and timing colliding. There is a set time for certain things and certain events to happen in your life. There is an appointed time. I pray that everyone who has missed their timing will be realigned today in the Name of Jesus. Psalm 102:13 “Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.” (KJV). This scripture highlights something very powerful. The time to favour you, the set time has come in the Name of Jesus. Sometimes, the set time comes in cycles. I pray that every such cycle that you have missed will be aggregated and restored to you in the Name of Jesus. Your set time is now!

Psalm 139:16You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in your book!” (LB, emphasis added). There is a timing to chapters and there is a trigger to chapters. An example of the trigger is the story of a woman with the issue of blood. Matthew 9:21For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.” (NKJV). In other words, she was saying she would trigger a chapter of healing. Did she ask God for permission to do that or if it was His will to heal her? No, she said if I can touch. As you make up your mind today, God will collide with you in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Another example is the importunate widow in Luke 18. She triggered the chapter of justice for herself because she refused to back down. Another example is Jesus’ mother in John 2, the wedding in Cana of Galilee. Jesus was working according to the timing of heaven so when Mary made her request, Jesus said His time had not yet come. But Mary triggered the set time.

Prayer: Father, I come into sync with Your timing for me, and I decree that my set time is now, in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen!
