Just Because

Luke 10:20 “But don’t rejoice because evil spirits obey you; rejoice because your names are registered in heaven” [with emphasis].

Is your name registered in heaven? Jesus says that the most important thing is that your name and my name are registered in heaven. I like the word registered and it suggests that there is a registration process. You just do not show up in Heaven just like that. Your name has to be registered in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Your name has to be registered in heaven.

Rom.5:11 “So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God” [with emphasis].
The most important thing to rejoice about this year is a wonderful new relationship with God. Thank God for the promotions, thank God for the business breakthroughs, thank God for all the increase, and thank God for the fruitfulness. But the most important thing is your wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends with God. What can be more joyous than that? There will be unexplainable miracles that would cause much joy.

Stephen preached and the Bible says there were so many miracles and the whole city was filled with joy. In God’s Favourite House, we will have an abundance of miracles, in Jesus Name. And from every life will flow songs of praise and rejoicing. The reason we will be comfortable with the miraculous is because we are comfortable with the Holy Spirit. The Bible says the wind blows where it wishes, ours is to just follow, and everywhere it goes, we will just follow. It is easy to follow and He does as He pleases.

2Kings 3:17 “You will see neither wind nor rain, says the LORD, but this valley will be filled with water. You will have plenty for yourselves and your cattle and other animals” [with emphasis]. There are many of us that are standing by a “valley” and thinking nothing good can come out of it. God is saying that same valley will be filled with water and you will have plenty for yourself and for your animals. You will have plenty, an abundance of provision. Do you receive that today?

Prayer: Lord, I rejoice because my name is registered in the Lamb’s Book of Life, in my wonderful new relationship with You and in Your lavish provision, in Jesus Name. Amen!
