Even If

Luke 17:4 “Even if that person wrongs you seven times a day and each time turns again and asks forgiveness, you must forgive.”

Forgiveness is not foolishness. Forgiveness is to choose to let it go. Forgiveness is not for the weak. In fact, if you are not strong, you cannot forgive. It is only the strong that can forgive. Read the rest of this entry

Move on!

Ps. 147:3 “He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds.”

Ps. 37:8 (GW, emphasis added)Let go of anger, and leave your rage behind. Do not be preoccupied. It only leads to evil.” The reason some people are not serving in church today is that a Pastor [or minister] cut them deep. Read the rest of this entry

Let it go!

Ps. 37:8 (GW, emphasis added)Let go of anger, and leave your rage behind. Do not be preoccupied. It only leads to evil.”

The word resentment is from the root word ‘re-sentio’ and it means ‘to cut again’. So, when you repeat or rehearse the hurtful words to yourself, you are cutting yourself again. The person has said what he or she said, and they have moved on. But you are resenting them, you are rehearsing it, Read the rest of this entry

Let go!

Jer. 30:17 (NIV) “But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord…”

Three main barriers can hinder the flow of New-Streams in our lives. The first one we looked at is worry. The second barrier we need to let go of is Wounds. Needless

Philip. 4:6 “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.”

Pathway

2 Tim. 4:7 (NIV) “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”

We will kick off today’s devotional with the final thought from yesterday, which is, the race of life is not a competitive event to see who comes first, but an endurance run to see who finishes well. 2 Tim. 4:7 (VOICE)…I have stayed on course and finished the race…” Read the rest of this entry

How Well Not How Far

Heb. 12:1 “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.” (emphasis added)

Father, even before we dive into what You have for us today and over the next few days, we just want to thank You for Your presence. In Your presence, we are secure, we are safe, we find life, we find hope, we find joy, Read the rest of this entry

New Life

Eze.47:9 “There will be swarms of living things wherever the water of this river flows. Fish will abound in the Dead Sea, for its waters will become fresh. Life will flourish wherever this water flows.” (emphasis added)

Again, I declare over you that the New-Streams of life that will flow and is flowing in your life will bring life wherever it flows in Jesus Name. New-Streams will flow in you and New-Streams will flow through you. Read the rest of this entry

Courage 2.0

Heb.11:34 “quenched the flames of fire, and escaped death by the edge of the sword. Their weakness was turned to strength. They became strong in battle and put whole armies to flight.”

David displayed the courage to obey his father and secondly, David displayed the courage to face the ‘Eliabs’. Unfortunately, in some parts of the world, the culture subjugates younger people. They think young people do not Read the rest of this entry
