Master’s Piece
Matt.5:22 “But I say, if you are even angry with someone, you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot, you are in danger of being brought before the court. And if you curse someone, you are in danger of the fires of hell” [with emphasis].
Every time Jesus says, “You have heard that but I say this”, He is about to take you deeper in God. Jesus is saying to you and I, “murder” is a spectrum Read the rest of this entry

Configuration
Eze.11:20 “So they will obey my decrees and regulations. Then they will truly be my people, and I will be their God.”
Yesterday, we highlighted three categories of people. The first category is people that have suffered abuse from people in authority over their lives.
In Step
John 14:6 “Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”
Our heavenly Father is a perfect example of love, wisdom, and sufficiency. He says, “I Am that I Am – I Am sufficient in Myself” and we should follow His example.
As God Intends
Prov.19:18 (GNT) “Discipline your children while they are young enough to learn. If you don’t, you are helping them destroy themselves”
Parenting worthy of honour is only possible when you see yourself how God has placed you. Becoming a parent means you are representing God in your child’s life.
Headship
Eph.5: 21 “And further, submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. 22 For wives, this means submit to your husbands as to the Lord… 25 For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her”
Great leaders [parents] exercise their authority within the boundaries of love, wisdom, and sufficiency. Anything outside of this will lead to abuse. Read the rest of this entry
Parenting
Isa.40:11 “He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will carry the lambs in his arms, holding them close to his heart. He will gently lead the mother sheep with their young.”
Effective parenting only happens within the confines of sufficiency, wisdom, and love. Abuse begins when authority is misused outside of these lines. Read the rest of this entry
With Honours
2 Chron. 1:10 “Give me the wisdom and knowledge to lead them properly, for who could possibly govern this great people of yours?”
Parenting worthy of honour is possible. The first thing is, you need to see yourself how God has placed you. Becoming parent means you are representing God in your child’s life.
Phase IV
Ex. 20:12 (VOICE) “You are to honour your father and mother. If you do, you and your children will live long and well in the land the Eternal your God has promised to give you.” [with emphasis]
You are going to be great, far greater than your father and your father’s father, in Jesus Name [say Amen]. What that means is the level of thought that will deliver that greatness will be outside the scope of your father.
Phase III
Ex. 20:12 (VOICE) “You are to honour your father and mother. If you do, you and your children will live long and well in the land the Eternal your God has promised to give you.” [with emphasis]
Obeying this commandment is provoking and securing wellness for you and your children. The reason a lot of people keep struggling is because they are dishonouring their parents.
