Do You Believe?
Mark 16:17 “These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. 18 They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them…”
“These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe…” [with emphasis]. The Bible does not say that the miraculous signs will accompany those that are in doubt or those that are afraid. You have to hinge your confidence on Jesus and in the Word of God. Read the rest of this entry
Triumphant
Col.2:14 He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. 15 In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross” [with emphasis].

Your Reality

Elevation not Elimination
1Cor.2:9 “That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.”
Yesterday we established this truth, that satan is limited in knowledge but he keeps guessing. The devil knew that God was going to send a deliverer to Israel while they were in Egypt.

The Joker

Prophetic Action

Paul says our interest in the world must be crucified and yesterday we discussed in detail what that interest actually entails. However, Paul did not stop there. Paul says, “…the world’s interest in me has also died”. Read the rest of this entry
Die Daily

Two things from yesterday’s devotional that we must not forget are;
- When the life of Christ is “received”, then it “forms” in us and then it “performs” through us.
- The distinguishing mark of the Christian life is not perfection. The distinguishing mark is an on-going fight against anything that dims the life of Jesus in us.
