The Boss
“I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them” Rom.16:17 [emphasis added].
God is clear in His Word about what we should do with people who cause divisions. Note them, keep away from them, and cut them off. Watch out for people that are unable or unwilling to take clear instructions; God says stay away from them. So your job as the leader is to establish a chain of command. Each person should have only one boss and they need to know who it is. Everybody is a leader in different capacities but each person should have only one boss. Read the rest of this entry
One Person In-charge
“But the Lord came down to look at the city and the tower the people were building. “Look!” he said. “The people are united, and they all speak the same language. After this, nothing they set out to do will be impossible for them! Gen. 11:5-6
We are still learning about the principles of war because God has said we will have victory and so we need to be prepared for battle. All the principles are key to victory and they all work together. The Principle of Unity of Command however is a very crucial principle for victory. “Look!” he said. “The people are united, and they all speak the same language. After this, nothing they set out to do will be impossible for them! Gen. 11:6 [emphasis added]. Read the rest of this entry
Submerged!
“But if I am casting out demons by the power of God, then the Kingdom of God has arrived among you.” Luke 11:20 [emphasis added]
Imagine your life and your world totally submerged in God’s Kingdom. Which means that your world and your life will be filled with the power of God, righteousness, peace, joy in the Holy Spirit, health etc. You would not be talking about healing anymore; you will be talking about health. You would not be talking about financial breakthrough anymore; you will be talking about wealth. You would not be Read the rest of this entry
Imitate God
“Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?” Rom.2:4
Some people feel they need to be controlled and brought under submission. Such people do not respond to kindness, goodness, and to benevolence, they only respond to terror. Before I met my wife, I was dating another lady that I thought I was going to get married to but the relationship went south. And some Pastor’s wife approached me, she was of the impression that I had broken off the relationship. She said she Read the rest of this entry
You Decide
“But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind” James 1:6
What is it that you have set your heart on? What is it that you are trusting God for? Do not doubt! When the voice of doubt comes because it will come, do not ride it. When the enemy says how can these things be? Say to the enemy, you will see it but you will not eat out of it, in Jesus Name. Read the rest of this entry
One Vision, One Voice
“Look!” he said. “The people are united, and they all speak the same language. After this, nothing they set out to do will be impossible for them! Come, let us go down and confuse the people with different languages…” Gen.11:6-7
Someone says to me, how do you always know everything that happens in your office even when you are not there? It is my business to know and so my eyes [physical and spiritual] are on the business. I am always watching because that is my calling, my goal, and my objective. Sadly, there are some of us that things are Read the rest of this entry
Causes Of Disagreement II
“Can two people walk together without agreeing on the direction?” Amos 3:3
My wife and I do not agree on many things and I do not have a problem with that. One thing we don’t agree on for instance is the number of times we should bathe in a day. She feels we should bathe three times a day. I say why? Is once not enough? Twice maybe but not three times! It is a minor issue; it does not matter. Read the rest of this entry
Causes Of Disagreement I
“Do two people start travelling together without arranging to meet?” Amos 3:3 [GNT].
Today, we pick up from where we left off yesterday. The first cause of disagreement is failure to meet. In some marriages, there are two people living in the same house but they are just flat mates; they do not meet. They have agreed or decided to marry but they must also agree to meet. It is one thing to decide to get Read the rest of this entry
