Unmerited Beauty

Rom. 8:32-33 (GW) “God didn’t spare his own Son but handed him over to death for all of us. So he will also give us everything along with him. Who will accuse those whom God has chosen? God has approved of them.”

Surplus

Isa. 35:6-7 “The lame will leap like a deer, and those who cannot speak will sing for joy! Springs will gush forth in the wilderness, and streams will water the wasteland. The parched ground will become a pool, and springs of water will satisfy the thirsty land…”

By Him

Rom.12:2 “Don’t copy the behaviour and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”

Benefit?

2 Cor.4:17-18 (Voice) “You see, the short-lived pains of this life are creating for us an eternal glory that does not compare to anything we know here. So we do not set our sights on the things we can see with our eyes… Instead, we focus on the things we cannot see, which live on and on.”

Outlook

3 John 1:2 (KJV) “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

Common wealth by community is a safety net that God has put in place. It is so important that you see it as just that and not a supply source. Think of it as a safety net that God has put in place and for your benefit, Read the rest of this entry
