Take A Stand

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death” Rev.12:11 [KJV]

The story is told about the Chinese underground church. In China back in the day, I don’t know if it still happens now the government authorizes its soldiers to kill anyone that is worshipping Jesus. So soldiers go to churches and just kill everybody. So this band of soldiers came into a church and announced that they have locked all the doors and are going to kill all the Read the rest of this entry

God Alone!

“You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God” James 4:4.

What guarantees victory over satan is the Word, the Blood of Jesus, and not fearing death. Do you know why islamic militancy appears to be gaining a lot of grounds and terrorizing everybody so far on earth? Firstly, it is because the enemy copies the truth and perverses it. And secondly, it is because they are not afraid to die. The moment you have a leader that is not Read the rest of this entry

Guaranteed Victory

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death” Rev.12:11 [KJV]

Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there” Gal.5:24. Do not toy with the desires of the flesh. Recognize the desires of their flesh and put it on the Cross of Calvary. Like someone beautifully puts it, “the Cross simply is the place where your will crosses with the will of the Holy Spirit”. Know The Enemy II

“And I will cause hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel.” Gen.3:15

God is a Godhead [God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit] and I have inherited His enemies. To fully understand the enemy and how it works you need to know the enemy of the Father, the enemy of the Son, and the enemy of the Holy Spirit. What is the enemy of the Son? The enemy of the Son is satan. The direct enemy of Jesus is satan. We see that stated Read the rest of this entry

Know The Enemy I

“The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other… Gal.5:17

Permit me to reiterate our last thoughts from yesterday. God is a Godhead [God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit] and I have inherited His enemies. To fully understand the enemy and how it works you need to know the enemy of the Father, the enemy of the Son, and the enemy of the Holy Spirit. Read the rest of this entry

The Godhead

“All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him” Luke 10:22 [KJV]

The Godhead is a Trinity – God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. To understand God, you must understand and relate with each member of the Trinity. You must understand that even though He is one God, He is three persons [three personalities]. As a believer you must know how to relate with the Father, you must know how to relate with the Read the rest of this entry

Spiritual Warfare

“And I will cause hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel.” Gen.3:15 [emphasis added].

I am praying that the enemy will be totally neutralized in your life in the Name of Jesus. And everything he can deploy will not work concerning you in Jesus Name. I want to encourage you to read the whole of Genesis 3 because therein began the issue of spiritual warfare. “Then the Lord God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this …I will cause hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heelGen.3:14-15. Read the rest of this entry

With Jesus

Yes, come,” Jesus said. So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus.  But when he saw the strong wind and the waves, he was terrified and began to sink. “Save me, Lord!” he shoutedMatt.14:29-30.

How do you see wind? You really cannot see wind but you can see the waves. Yet Peter saw the waves and the wind because fear exaggerates. Fear is based on exaggeration; yes the waves are there but yes Jesus is also there. I learnt this a long time ago, in walking with God what will keep you is focusing on Jesus and Jesus alone. When you take your eyes off Him you begin to sink. Read the rest of this entry

Ask, Obey, And Focus!

Yes, come,” Jesus said. So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus.  But when he saw the strong wind and the waves, he was terrified and began to sink. “Save me, Lord!” he shoutedMatt.14:29-30

With God I am just like a child and you probably would laugh if you hear me praying. When people offend me, I just report them to God. A lot of people are probably thinking now that that is so childish, well that is the whole point. We need to deal with God as children. Children make bold request. A child is standing on the balcony of the first floor and asking his father Read the rest of this entry

Amazing Ability

“But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage. I am here!” Then Peter called to him, “Lord, if it’s really you, tell me to come to you, walking on the water” Matt.14:27-28

Peter and all the other disciples we in the middle of a crisis, yet Peter asked Jesus if he could walk on water. How did Peter even think about that? He saw Jesus walking on water and Peter thought to himself, how would it feel to walk on water? Many of us really need to let our imagination loose. Read the rest of this entry
