The reason there are so many unhappy people is because a lot of people have made chasing happiness their preoccupation. Happiness is not an end but when you are fulfilling your purpose you will be happy. Sit down with God, come up with goals, and write the goals down. Writing down a specific goal will increase your odds of achieving it by about ten times.
