Psalm 68:19 “Praise the Lord! Every day he helps us with the loads we must carry. He is the God who saves us” (ERV).

Romans 8:38-39 “None of this fazes us because Jesus loves us. I’m absolutely convinced that nothing—nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable—absolutely nothing can get between us and God’s love…” (MSG)

The child of God cannot be shaken because the Throne of God cannot be shaken. The child of God was born of the Word of God, and He belongs to the Church of God. The child of God cannot be shaken. You can imprison him; he can go through challenges in life, but the child of God is secure. Read the rest of this entry

John 14:20 “When I am raised to life again, you will know that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.”

Our response to the fact that the throne of God is unshakable is to come boldly to the throne of God. If everything around you is shaking, if everything appears to be giving way, come boldly to the throne that cannot be shaken. Read the rest of this entry

Matthew 16:18 “Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means ‘rock’), and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.”

Four things that cannot be shaken. Number one is the Throne of God. Number two is the Word of God. Number three is the Church of Jesus Christ. All the storms, gimmicks, and attacks of hell will not conquer the Church of Jesus Christ. The Church of Jesus is unmovable. It cannot be shaken. Read the rest of this entry

Psalm 46:3-5 “though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.” (NIV)

The throne of God is established. Even if the heavens and the earth are shaking, guess what? God’s throne remains eternal, immutable, and immovable. God’s throne is forever and ever. Heb.12:27 “This phrase, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of what is shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain.” (NRSV, emphasis added).

I pray that God will breathe upon us in His presence today, change our lives, take us higher in Him and cause His Word to come alive to us in Jesus Amazing Name. Amen. The truth about life and man is that man loves security and there is actually nothing wrong with that. However, the world is very fragile. Read the rest of this entry

Remember the starting point for Jacob was Genesis 28:11-15When he reached a certain place, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Genesis 32:31The sun rose above him as he passed Peniel, and he was limping because of his hip.” (NIV). “The sun rose above him…”, this is so huge! God dislocated Jacob’s hip and he limped for the rest of his life. Jacob was given a reminder for the rest of his life so he will never forget Who is in charge. Read the rest of this entry

Isaiah 62:2-4 “And you will be given a new name by the Lord’s own mouth. The Lord will hold you in his hand for all to see—a splendid crown in the hand of God. Never again will you be called “The Forsaken City” or “The Desolate Land.” Your new name will be “The City of God’s Delight”…”

What is your name? The original meaning of Jacob is deceiver, manipulator, supplanter, schemer, trickster, and swindler. If you are asked right now for your name, what would you say? If you were to be named by your greatest weakness, your greatest flaw what would be your name? Read the rest of this entry
