Forced Favour
Isaiah 49:25 “Eternal One: Hard to believe, but it shall be so. The captives will be taken from the hand of the mighty, And the spoil of war will be rescued from the tyrant. I will liberate them from their captors and contend with your enemies. I will save your children. (Voice)
The first dimension of favour that God is giving us in this season is forced favour or what you call favour by force. Some people do not just like your face, but God will compel them to favour you in the Name of Jesus. For some of us, we know that if there were to be an election, no one will vote for us. As Promised
2 Sam.7:25 “And now, O Lord God, I am your servant; do as you have promised concerning me and my family. Confirm it as a promise that will last forever… make them true perpetually. Do what You have promised.” (NLT, Voice, emphasis added).

Right Season
Acts 2:33 “Then God exalted him to his right hand upon the throne of highest honour. And the Father gave him the authority to send the promised Holy Spirit, which is being poured out upon us today…” (TPT).
Eccl.9:11 “I have observed something else under the sun. The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race…” Since the race is not to the swift, is the Bible saying do not be fast? No, the Bible is saying if you train to be fast, you are the favourite to win the race. Read the rest of this entry
Principles & Miracles
Eccl.9:11 “The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn’t always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skilful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don’t always lead successful lives…”
There are two dimensions of favour. Largely. The first is Favour By Principles; there are certain principles that unlock favour. For example, the principle of diligence – Proverbs 22:29 “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.” (KJV). Psalm 106:4-5 “Remember me, O Lord, when You favour Your people. Visit me with Your salvation [when You rescue them], That I may see the prosperity of Your chosen ones, That I may rejoice in the gladness of Your nation, That I may glory with Your inheritance.” (AMP)

The Attitude
Matt.10:40-41 “Anyone who receives you receives me, and anyone who receives me receives the Father who sent me. If you receive a prophet as one who speaks for God, you will be given the same reward as a prophet…”
If there is a prophetic declaration and you receive it, it is not that you are receiving it from a man. Scripture states that you are receiving it from who? From God, that is how it is. Esther 4:15-16 “Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai: “Go and gather together all the Jews of Susa and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will do the same. And then, though it is against the law, I will go in to see the king. If I must die, I must die.”
In God, you put all your eggs in one basket, and you hand it over to God. That was what Esther did as we see in our anchor scripture today. Esther put all her eggs in God’s basket. The world says to us, do not put all your eggs in one basket, what if God fails? Read the rest of this entry
Mission Impossible
Num.23:23 “Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, no divination against Israel; now it shall be said of Jacob and Israel, ‘See what God has done!’” (NRSV)
Esther 4:7 “Mordecai told him the whole story, including the exact amount of money Haman had promised to pay into the royal treasury for the destruction of the Jews.” This passage reveals the extent to which people would go to get what they want, in this case negative. Read the rest of this entry
