Philip.4:9 “Practice what you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and model your way of living on it, and the God of peace (of untroubled, undisturbed well-being) will be with you.” (AMPC)

John 1:29The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him and declared, “Here is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” (NRSV, emphasis added). Do not let defeat define you. Let God’s love define you. You need to be resolved, settled in God’s love and let that define you. You are not defined by defeat. Because… I

Gal. 1:10 Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ’s servant.

 

The first reason why people become workaholics is because of INSECURITY. Human beings have an intense need for approval, it is otherwise known as approval addiction.
