Proof of Love

Ps.50:5 “Bring my faithful people to me— those who made a covenant with me by giving sacrifices.”

God deals with serious Christians by covenant. The milestones of greater heights are usually sealed with covenant. When God takes me to a higher level, there is usually a fresh discussion of what it entails. As long as you do your part, you can go to bed. It does not matter the enchantment against you. It does not matter what people are saying against you. As long as you do your part, you can go to bed because God will do his part.

Jokes Aside

Judg.13:4 Now see to it that you drink no wine or other fermented drink and that you do not eat anything unclean. 5 You will become pregnant and have a son whose head is never to be touched by a razor because the boy is to be a Nazirite, dedicated to God from the womb…”

Many times when God establishes a covenant with us, we try to rationalize. Like Abraham said to God, “Will you make me a father of many nations at age ninety-nine? Let Ishmael live before you oh God!” [paraphrased]. In other words, Abraham was telling God the faulty foundation [Ishmael] that he had “helped” God build since God was late with delivery. He was showing God an example of how to produce a child. But God said, “I will bless Ishmael but in Isaac shall your seed be”. Isaac was not even born yet and Abraham was Read the rest of this entry

Cornerstone

Gen.17: “This is my covenant with you: I will make you the father of a multitude of nations! What’s more, I am changing your name. It will no longer be Abram. Instead, you will be called Abraham, for you will be the father of many nations [emphasis added].

Knowledge is powerful. Knowledge brings freedom. You cannot be greater than your level of knowledge. How much knowledge you have determines how far you can go.

Covenants are the cornerstones on which the foundation of life and endeavors are built. When God wants to change your destiny for good, He visits the foundation of your life. Which means, He begins to deal with covenant issues. There are three types of covenant you Read the rest of this entry

Groundwork II

Ps.11:3 “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” [KJV]

Covenants are the cornerstones on which destinies are built. In the beginning when God made Adam and Eve, He established His covenant with them. He told them, “This is what is going to happen…This is your responsibility, and these are your boundaries”. When a marriage is about to start, at the foundation of it, there is an exchange of vows. Two vows coming together is a covenant. Even with a business it is the same thing. At the foundation of every life is a covenant.

Be Aware!

“When Elisha was in his last illness, King Jehoash of Israel visited him and wept over him. “My father! My father! I see the chariots and charioteers of Israel!” he cried” 2Kings13:14

Over the next few days we will be looking at the life of Jehoash [Joash]. Jehoash’s father, during his reign as king, did not serve God and God was angry with him. However, he passed on and Jehoash came into power. You would think that a son would learn from his father’s mistakes but inadvertently most sons just repeat their father’s errors. I am praying that you Read the rest of this entry

Responsibility Of Favour III

“The angel said, ‘Look up, and you will see that only the streaked, speckled, and spotted males are mating with the females of your flock. For I have seen how Laban has treated you” Gen.31:12

Access to the supernatural is so important. I can give you several examples of how access to the supernatural made the difference between where I was and my next level. I prophesy to you today that you will not go through this life blind but you will see as you ought to see and you will hear, as you ought to hear in Jesus Name.

Responsibility Of Favour II

“So Pharaoh said to Joseph, “You’re the man for us. God has given you the inside story—no one is as qualified as you in experience and wisdom. From now on, you’re in charge of my affairs; all my people will report to you. Only as king will I be over you.” Gen.41:39-40 [MSG]

To whom much is given, much is expected. I have seen Christians even Pastors doing so many things and getting away with it. Things I know I cannot try because my Father will seriously chastise me. When I was young I struggled seriously with this and would give God examples of all the people who are doing the same thing I was Read the rest of this entry

Covenant Carrier III

“…I took you from tending sheep in the pasture and selected you to be the leader of my people Israel. I have been with you wherever you have gone… Now I will make your name as famous as anyone who has ever lived on the earth! 2 Sam.7:8-9

Did God take permission from anyone before He elevated David and established his throne forever? God does not need anyone’s permission to bless you. Whether they like it or not, you are going be blessed. Some people will call you proud but it is okay because that is usually what happens when you are confident in the Covenant. When Read the rest of this entry

Covenant Carrier II

“In the same way, he took the cup of wine after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant between God and his people—an agreement confirmed with my blood. Do this to remember me as often as you drink it.” 1 Cor.11:25

You are a carrier of the Covenant of Jehovah! Let this very truth strengthen your faith. When God made a Covenant with Abraham, it was limited to the Jews and they still have the Covenant. But when Jesus came, He brought you and I into the same Covenant of Abraham [Please read the Book of Romans]. What I am saying is if the Read the rest of this entry

The question lingering in our hearts from yesterday is why was Jacob so confident that he could produce. Why was Jacob so confident? Jacob was so confident because Jacob knew that he [Jacob] was a custodian of the Covenant of Jehovah and that is the key. Jacob knew that he was a carrier of that thing that was on Abraham, which was Read the rest of this entry
