John 1:14 “The Word became a human being and, full of grace and truth, lived among us. We saw his glory, the glory which he received as the Father’s only Son.” (GNT).
If you have a good relationship with The Truth, you are righteous. If you have a right standing with God, you are righteous. Knowing the truth is not necessarily about being right and proving that others are wrong. You can know the truth and be wrong, but you still know the truth. Read the rest of this entry

John 1:14 “And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father’s only son, full of grace and truth.” (NRSV, emphasis added)
Jesus is full of grace and full of truth. Jesus is not half or fifty percent (50%) grace and half or fifty percent (50%) truth. Jesus is full of grace and full of truth. Jesus is hundred percent (100%) grace and hundred percent (100%) truth. Read the rest of this entry
This John, III
1Jn.1:1 “We proclaim to you the one who existed from the beginning, whom we have heard and seen. We saw him with our own eyes and touched him with our own hands. He is the Word of life.” (emphasis added).
We are still on the question, who is John? Bible scholars believe, in comparing John 19:25 and Mark 15:40 [please read] and other historical facts, that Salome is the third sister of Mary the mother of Jesus, which makes Jesus and John cousins. Isa. 11:2 “the Spirit of Yahweh will rest upon him, the Spirit of Extraordinary Wisdom, the Spirit of Perfect Understanding the Spirit of Wise Strategy, the Spirit of Mighty Power, the Spirit of Revelation, and the Spirit of the Fear of Yahweh” (TPT)
The third Name of the Holy Spirit that we will be looking at is, The Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding. Isa. 11:2 “And the Spirit of the Lord will rest on him—the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.” (emphasis added). John 16:7 “But in fact, it is best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Advocate won’t come. If I do go away, then I will send him to you.”
The Amplified Bible Translation of today’s scripture reference reads, “But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him (the Holy Spirit) to you [to be in close fellowship with you].
