Blazing Love

Zec. 2:5 (KJV) “For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.”

Yesterday, we established that ashes are proof of a negative progression. Wherever you see ashes, greatness was previously pre-destined, but the enemy has done this. Note that, fire only answers to fire. Fire does not answer to grammar. Read the rest of this entry

Godly Heritage

Jn.14:12 “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.” [with emphasis] Read the rest of this entry

Acts 19:11 “God gave Paul the power to perform unusual miracles. 12 When handkerchiefs or aprons that had merely touched his skin were placed on sick people, they were healed of their diseases, and evil spirits were expelled.”

We are in a very special season; a season where we release our faith and we use items as point of contact to where we want God to unleash His power and His miracles. Read the rest of this entry

Ex.33:14 “The Lord replied, “I will personally go with you, Moses, and I will give you rest—everything will be fine for you.” 15 Then Moses said, “If you don’t personally go with us, don’t make us leave this place. 16 How will anyone know that you look favorably on me—on me…”

What do you really want out of your walk with God – results or relationship, His hand or His face? It will shock you but the reason some people do not want to have a relationship with God is because they do not want responsibilities. Read the rest of this entry

Appreciation

Isaiah 1:19 “If you will only obey me, you will have plenty to eat.”

The punch of obedience is not only an offensive punch, it is also a defensive punch. It is like a jab; the jab is a defensive punch, it puts the opponent at arm’s length. Read the rest of this entry

Brave Heart

Matt.24:14 And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come.

You have a destiny to fulfill, a part of God’s kingdom. It is important for you to hear this over and over. It is important you also say it to yourself until it is wired into your heart. Read the rest of this entry

Love Gives

John 3:16 “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life” [with emphasis]

The word love has been thrown around a lot. The media tries to tell us what love is and unfortunately, the image of love projected consistently is the mushy kind of love.

Special Possession

Luke 7:13 When the Lord saw her, his heart overflowed with compassion. “Don’t cry!” he said. 14 Then he walked over to the coffin and touched it, and the bearers stopped. “Young man,” he said, “I tell you, get up.”15 Then the dead boy sat up and began to talk…”

Stand!

Isa. 40:8 (NIV) “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.”

We spend a lot of energy trying to avoid challenges but we actually should be thanking God for them. Challenges and adversity help us to develop endurance and endurance is a powerful weapon to have in your character arsenal. Read the rest of this entry

Incomparable

Isa.46:9 “Remember the things I have done in the past. For I alone am God! I am God, and there is none like me. 10 Only I can tell you the future before it even happens. Everything I plan will come to pass, for I do whatever I wish.”

As human beings, it is natural for us to create an image of someone we have not seen but our imaginations are faulty. People have created pictures of Jesus that they carry on their bracelets. It is idolatry – and it is wrong. Some people are carrying pictures of Mary or pictures of angels that look like midgets, because they want to associate with divinity and so they can feel connected to God. As much as those things make people feel good on the temporary, it robs God of His glory. Read the rest of this entry
