Examine

Deut.23:14The camp must be holy, for the Lord your God moves around in your camp to protect you and to defeat your enemies. He must not see any shameful thing among you, or he will turn away from you.”

The twelfth cause of curses is contact with an accursed thing. Josh.7:1But Israel violated the instructions about the things set apart for the Lord. A man named Achan had stolen some of these dedicated things, so the Lord was very angry with the Israelites. Achan was the son of Carmi, a descendant of Zimri son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah.” There are certain things that are accursed, they are infested with demons, and if you take them into your home you are attracting those gods and those demons into your home. Honor Principle I

Eph.6:2Honor your father and mother.” This is the first commandment with a promise: 3 If you honor your father and mother, “things will go well for you, and you will have a long life on the earth.”

We have been dealing with curses over the past few days and we are trusting God that because of this insight, there will be deliverances, in Jesus Name.

The eleventh cause of curses is neglecting or insulting parents. Please note that this curse is different from when a parent curses the child. A lot of people these days are either neglecting or insulting their parents. You may not be where you want to be financially but Read the rest of this entry

Be Informed!

Prov.29:18 “If people can’t see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves; but when they attend to what he reveals, they are most blessed” [MSG]

The eighth cause of curses is trusting in man. Please read Jer.17: 5-6. God says all who trust in man are cursed. It does not matter if the man is your husband or your father; if you put your trust in man, you are putting yourself under a curse. It does not matter if the man is your uncle abroad that sends you foreign currency. If your trust is in him, you are under a curse. Your help is from above and not from abroad.

Nullified!

Jer.31:30All people will die for their own sins-those who eat sour grapes will be the ones whose mouths will pucker

The danger with programmed conditional curses is that they does not take effect immediately. So people tend to think there is nothing to the curse but in reality that is very far from the truth. Nothing happened when Joshua invoked the curse [Josh.6:26] and for years after, it was the same thing. But as soon as Hiel fulfilled the conditions of the curse [1Kings 16:34], which was rebuilding Jericho, the curse was immediately activated.

Spoken & Preset

Lam.3:37 Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not? [KJV]

The sixth cause of curses is self-pronounced curses. The power of life and death lies in the tongue [Prov.18:21]. Sometimes we hinder ourselves with our own words. The unstable economy is affecting everyone but in addition to that you say, “I am finished!” You are not finished, in Jesus Name. Your child is stubborn; prayerfully deal with the stubbornness and stop making statements like, “This child is going to kill me”. The child is not going to kill you, in Jesus Name. Stop speaking curses over yourself. God has said you will thrive – Read the rest of this entry

Curse & Effect

Num.23:23 No curse can touch Jacob; no magic has any power against Israel. For now it will be said of Jacob, ‘What wonders God has done for Israel!

The third cause of curses is parental curses. While all curses are devastating, a parent cursing a child is one of the most direct and devastating. It is a horrible thing! Please read Genesis 49:3-4. Israel had many wives and concubines so Reuben [his first son], thought he could have just one; and Israel said nothing. Be careful of people that just stay quiet when you offend them. When it was time for blessing his children, Israel released a heavy curse on Reuben. He said Reuben would not excel because he slept with his wife. And Read the rest of this entry

Your Job

2 Kings 2: 23 … a large group of young boys …began making fun of him: “Keep going, baldy! Keep going, baldy!” 24 …Elisha …spoke against them by the authority of the Eternal. Almost immediately, 2 female bears walked out of the forest and ripped up 42 of the …boys” [Voice]

I imagine that there were more than forty-two children there, but the Bible records that forty-two were ripped up. So it is safe to assume that some got away, with scratches on their bodies and deeply traumatized. That tells me that those ones had parents that were praying for them. Some people always seem to have near death experiences while others in similar situations do not survive it. Why? Someone is on his or her knees praying for him or her. You have to pray for your children. It is so important because this world Read the rest of this entry

Warning!!!

Num.23:23 No curse can touch Jacob; no magic has any power against Israel. For now it will be said of Jacob, ‘What wonders God has done for Israel!

In yesterdays devotional, we began to talk about curses and their effects. If you have not read it, please start to do so. The first effect of curses is that curses release supernatural forces to limit a person or a place. Secondly, curses are released to paralyze and negate people or places. I pray in the name of Jesus that every curse that is trying to or has succeeded in paralyzing or negating you or any part of your life, God will wipe out today [say Amen].

Amen!

Lam.3:37 Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not? [KJV]

Who is it that says you will not fulfill your destiny and you are afraid, when God has not said it? Who can command things to happen without the Lord’s permission? Num.23:23 No curse can touch Jacob; no magic has any power against Israel. For now it will be said of Jacob, ‘What wonders God has done for Israel!’ Personalize it, replace Jacob in this Scripture with your own name and take the Scripture back to God.

Death To Life VII

So I did what God told me to do: I prophesied… So I did what God told me to do: I prophesied…Eze.37:7&10 [emphasis added].

You see you are going to move from death to life, in Jesus name. However, obedience to God is key. Inherent in hearing God is obeying God. Your private obedience is directly proportional [not equal] to your public influence. If you obey in private, you can speak in public. For example, God tells you to give a pen to a certain lady. And your response is to tell God how much you like that particular pen so He should choose Read the rest of this entry
