Redefined!

Luke 18:22 “…he said, “There is still one thing you haven’t done. Sell all your possessions and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.” 23 But when the man heard this he became very sad, for he was very rich.”

Phase IV

Ex. 20:12 (VOICE) “You are to honour your father and mother. If you do, you and your children will live long and well in the land the Eternal your God has promised to give you.” [with emphasis]

1 Thess. 4:11 (GN) “Make it your aim to live a quiet life, to mind your own business, and earn your own living… In this way, you will win the respect of those who are not believers…”

Over the past few days, God has been answering the question, “Why Work?” In addition to work being God’s idea, work being a tool God uses to supply our needs, and work being a platform that God uses to build character in us, today God is saying to us work because work allows you to be generous.
