All In
Esther 4:15-16 “Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai: “Go and gather together all the Jews of Susa and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will do the same. And then, though it is against the law, I will go in to see the king. If I must die, I must die.”
In God, you put all your eggs in one basket, and you hand it over to God. That was what Esther did as we see in our anchor scripture today. Esther put all her eggs in God’s basket. The world says to us, do not put all your eggs in one basket, what if God fails? Read the rest of this entry
Mission Impossible
Num.23:23 “Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, no divination against Israel; now it shall be said of Jacob and Israel, ‘See what God has done!’” (NRSV)
Esther 4:7 “Mordecai told him the whole story, including the exact amount of money Haman had promised to pay into the royal treasury for the destruction of the Jews.” This passage reveals the extent to which people would go to get what they want, in this case negative. Read the rest of this entry

Prov.3:5 “Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make.” (TPT)
God lives in eternity, He has no limitations, and He is totally boundless. There is nothing in God that is restricting. However, for us to operate, God puts certain systems in place. Knowing how these systems work and actually working these systems, is to our advantage. Read the rest of this entry
Eternal
Rev.22:13 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.” (NRSV)
There is a time for everything on earth. However, we are finite, so we struggle because we are dealing with a God that does not have a beginning and does not have an ending. God is eternal, and He does not operate in time. Read the rest of this entry
The Nine, V
Luke 17:15-16 “One of them, when he realized that he was healed, turned around and came back, shouting his gratitude, glorifying God. He kneeled at Jesus’ feet, so grateful. He couldn’t thank him enough—and he was a Samaritan.” (MSG)
Today, we will pick up from our final thought from yesterday which is, what God did for you, He did for you personally, and not do for someone else. Jesus died on the cross of calvary for you, for me. It is just like having four children and three of them are responsive to you, they care about you, and they Read the rest of this entry
Like A Seed
Luke 13:18-19 “…Do you want to understand the kingdom of God? Do you want Me to tell you what it’s like? It’s like a single mustard seed that someone took and planted in his garden. That tiny seed grew and became a tree so large that the birds could fly in and make their nests…” (Voice)
Yesterday we learnt that the money given to the servants was both a gift and a seed. Similarly, the gifts and wealth that God gives to us is just a seed and it is what we do with it that determines our future. My mind immediately goes to the servants that wrapped up the money and did not do anything with it. Read the rest of this entry

Luke 19:12-13 “He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.” (KJV, emphasis added).
Our text over the next few days is from Luke 19:11-13 (KJV), Luke 19:15-26 (NLT), please read. The first thing we are told is that Jesus was near to Jerusalem, meaning Jesus was approaching the cross, the time He would leave His disciples and lay down His life. Read the rest of this entry
Just Flow, II
Eze.37:3 “Eternal One (to Ezekiel): Son of man, do you think these bones can live?
Ezekiel: Eternal Lord, certainly You know the answer better than I do.” (Voice).
Ezekiel is teaching us about an aspect of God through the way He addresses God. Ezekiel knew that God could do anything, but he also knew that God would do what He wants to do. He is God all by Himself. Read the rest of this entry

Eze.37:3 “Eternal One (to Ezekiel): Son of man, do you think these bones can live? Ezekiel: Eternal Lord, certainly You know the answer better than I do.” (Voice)
You prophesy your destiny by The Words That You Speak, The Name That You Bear, and thirdly by Flowing With God – The Creator. You prophesy your destiny by flowing with God – the Creator. Ezekiel 37:1-3 “The hand of the Lord came upon me, and he brought me out by the spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me all around them; there were very many lying in the valley, and they were very dry. He said to me, “Mortal, can these bones live?” I answered, “O Lord God, you know.” Read the rest of this entry
His Name Sake
Eze.36: 22 “Therefore, give the people of Israel this message from the Sovereign Lord: I am bringing you back, but not because you deserve it. I am doing it to protect my holy name…” [emphasis added].
We will pick up today’s devotional with our final thought from yesterday which is if there is one thing you must do in your life it is to ensure that people know you with God’s Name. When you are associated with God, God will do certain things for you not because of you, but because of His Name. Read the rest of this entry
