Never Forget
Psalm 89:1-2 “I will sing of the Lord’s unfailing love forever! Young and old will hear of your faithfulness. Your unfailing love will last forever. Your faithfulness is as enduring as the heavens.”
Have you experienced God’s faithfulness? The truth is that many of us have experienced God’s faithfulness at different levels. However, we go through challenges and those challenges try to make us see the enemy as bigger than our God. Read the rest of this entry
Your Response, VII
John 15:16 “You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name.”
During photoperiodism, pollination and cross-pollination happens, and seeds and fruits are formed. Therefore, in the Name of Jesus, because God’s light is rising upon you today, you are going to bear fruit. You are going to be fruitful in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Read the rest of this entry
Prized Possession
Isa. 49:15-16 “Never! Can a mother forget her nursing child? Can she feel no love for the child she has borne? But even if that were possible, I would not forget you! See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands. Always in my mind is a picture of Jerusalem’s walls in ruins.”
I am confident that the God of heaven, The One that can open, and no one can shut, will open the heavens over your life in the Name of Jesus. It is important for you to say ‘Amen’ because this is like a spiritual transaction. God will do His part, but you have to do your part. Read the rest of this entry
In You
Gen.1:28 “Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it.” (emphasis added).
We see from today’s scripture reference that when God made man, God blessed them. He from whom I deserve nothing chooses to give me everything, that is the word blessed, Hesed in Hebrew. Read the rest of this entry
Bear Fruit
John 15:7&16 “But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! …You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name.”
When you are fruitful, Jesus says, you will be extremely powerful. “…so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name.” Whatever means whatever. Also, note that the phrase “using my name” is not just about appending the Name of Jesus to a statement or rounding up prayers with Read the rest of this entry
An Outlet
John 15:5&8 “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing… When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father.”
The question is how fruitful have I been? You need to wrestle with this question because a lot is tied to your fruitfulness. God is so big on fruitfulness. It is unbelievable. How fruitful 0have you been? How many people would say because of her, because of him I saw Jesus. Read the rest of this entry
Faithful = Fruitful
Luke 16:10 “If you’re faithful in small-scale matters, you’ll be faithful with far bigger responsibilities. If you’re crooked in small responsibilities, you’ll be no different in bigger things” (Voice).
Fruitfulness is a big deal with God. If as a Christian, you do not bear fruit, Jesus says, there is a question mark somewhere. The challenge I have seen with Church folk is people want to be fruitful in their minds, that is, people have a mental ascent. They agree to fruitfulness, they like to be fruitful, but Read the rest of this entry
The Witness
John 7:45-46 “When the Temple guards returned without having arrested Jesus, the leading priests and Pharisees demanded, “Why didn’t you bring him in?” “We have never heard anyone speak like this!” the guards responded.”
The temple guards were exclusively from the tribe of Benjamin. Israel had been occupied by Rome, Caesar so that they could not have a standing army. Historically the tribe of Benjamin is the bravest tribe among the people of Israel. Read the rest of this entry
Done Vs. Do
Gal. 2:20 (KJV) I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”
The better life that Jesus offers is a life not only filled with meaning, It Is A Life That Is Freed By Grace. What is grace? I like to use an equation for grace and it is; Grace = favour + mercy. A life freed [set free] by grace is a life freed by favour and mercy. Read the rest of this entry
