Listen!

Proverbs 4:1-2 “My children, listen when your father corrects you. Pay attention and learn good judgment, for I am giving you good guidance. Don’t turn away from my instructions.”

Yesterday we shared the first of nine things that the Holy Spirit has been ministering to us. Key considerations as we approach the end of the year 2023, and as we trust God for the year 2024. And the first is Not All Addition Leads to Increase and Not All Subtraction Leads to Decrease. Read the rest of this entry

Your Response, VII

John 15:16 “You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name.”

During photoperiodism, pollination and cross-pollination happens, and seeds and fruits are formed. Therefore, in the Name of Jesus, because God’s light is rising upon you today, you are going to bear fruit. You are going to be fruitful in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Read the rest of this entry

Secrets, IV

Lev.26:4-5 “I will send you rain in its season, and the ground will yield its crops and the trees their fruit. Your threshing will continue until grape harvest and the grape harvest will continue until planting, and you will eat all the food you want and live in safety in your land.” (NIV)

We will start today’s devotional from our final thought from yesterday, which is that some people have a problem with Christians talking about wealth. They insist that Jesus rode on a donkey and not in a Lexus or Mercedes. Read the rest of this entry

Hurry Home

Isa.54:2-3 “Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left…” (KJV).

God differentiates between men and women; do you know that? There are things God can tell a man, but He cannot tell a woman. I know, I know, I know this is the twenty-first century, what a man can do, a woman can do better. Read the rest of this entry

Multiply

Luke 13:20-21 “He also asked, “What else is the Kingdom of God like? It is like the yeast a woman used in making bread. Even though she put only a little yeast in three measures of flour, it permeated every part of the dough” (emphasis added).

Jesus is introducing another concept of the kingdom to us. He introduced the concept of ‘occupy’ and now He is introducing the concept of multiply. He says the Kingdom of heaven is like a yeast [it is little] put in a big measure of flower, and the little yeast multiplies its influence until the whole bucket Read the rest of this entry

The Anchor

Col.2:7 “Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.”

To occupy until Jesus comes, you first have to take the territory and secondly, be planted. Every Christian should be planted in a local church. There is nothing like a floating or a roving Christian. It does not exist, check the Bible. Read the rest of this entry

The Process

Num.13:30-31 “But Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and occupy it, for we are well able to overcome it.”  Then the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against this people, for they are stronger…” (NRSV, emphasis added)

Caleb was not looking at the strength of the people to determine whether he could take the land, Caleb was looking at the strength of His God. Until we get this into our spirit, we remain fearful. You will remain fearful if you look at Goliath and look at yourself. Read the rest of this entry

The Garden

Luke 13:19 “It’s like a single mustard seed that someone took and planted in his garden. That tiny seed grew and became a tree so large that the birds could fly in and make their nests in its branches. (Voice, emphasis added).

How do you establish the Kingdom as a teacher, a writer, an entrepreneur, a solopreneur, or a journalist? Jesus says the tiny mustard seed was planted in the man’s own garden. Luke 13:18-19 Then he said, “How can I picture God’s kingdom for you? What kind of story can I use? It’s like an acorn that a man plants in his front yard. It grows into a huge oak tree with thick branches, and eagles build nests in it.” (MSG, emphasis added). Read the rest of this entry

Voice It

Psalm 119:149 “Hear my voice in accordance with your love; preserve my life, Lord, according to your laws.” (NIV)

Your voice is indispensable for things to move in your favour. You must know how to deploy your voice in the spiritual. You must know how to use your voice when you pray. Jesus was hungry, He saw a fig tree and wanted to pluck its fruit. Read the rest of this entry

DIY

James 4:10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up in honor.” (emphasis added).

For the next couple of days, we are going to be looking at an aspect of God’s heart for us. And when we let this aspect of God’s heart flow in us and flow through us, nothing will be impossible for us. Read the rest of this entry
