Just Stay

Hebrews 11:6 “And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.”

Faith is powerful. Faith is a prerequisite to walking with God. Hebrews 11:6 “…without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (KJV). Read the rest of this entry

Only Believe

John 11:39 “Roll the stone aside,” Jesus told them. But Martha, the dead man’s sister, protested, “Lord, he has been dead for four days. The smell will be terrible.”

The year 2023 is not yet over. I know some of us just want the year to be over already. But it is not over yet. God loads us daily with benefits, and cumulatively, God loads us yearly with benefits. Some of the benefits earmarked for this year will not be relevant in 2024. You need to take delivery of these blessings in the Name of Jesus. Read the rest of this entry

The Way Maker

John 11:43-44 “Then Jesus shouted, “Lazarus, come out!”  And the dead man came out, his hands and feet bound in graveclothes, his face wrapped in a headcloth. Jesus told them, “Unwrap him and let him go!”

Open Up!

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 “Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble.”

Be careful of what you think – you think particularly about God. Check where your expectation is as your expectation determines what you actually think and believe about God. Ezekiel 37:1&3 “…I was carried away by the Spirit of the Lord to a valley filled with bones… Then he asked me, “Son of man, can these bones become living people again?” “O Sovereign Lord,” I replied, “you alone know the answer to that.Read the rest of this entry

Compass

Isaiah 64:3-4 “When you came down long ago, you did awesome deeds beyond our highest expectations. And oh, how the mountains quaked! For since the world began, no ear has heard and no eye has seen a God like you, who works for those who wait for him!”

Martha made very boastful statements about what she believed, but did Martha really believe? John 11:39 Roll the stone aside,” Jesus told them. But Martha, the dead man’s sister, protested, “Lord, he has been dead for four days. The smell will be terrible.”Martha objected, protested, carried a placard, she resisted Jesus. Sometimes we say very high-sounding nonsense. Read the rest of this entry
