John 14:16-18, & 20 “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth… No, I will not abandon you as orphans—I will come to you. …I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.”
The fifth benefit of the Holy Spirit is, The Holy Spirit Gives Life To Our Physical Body. The Holy Spirit does not just give spiritual life, He makes you strong and powerful in your physical body just like Samson. Judges 15:14 “As Samson arrived at Lehi, the Philistines came shouting in triumph. Advantage I
John 7:37-38 “On the last day, the climax of the festival, Jesus stood and shouted to the crowds, “Anyone who is thirsty may come to me! Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.’”

Open Up!
Acts 2:3-4 “Then, what looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability.”
The immediate evidence of being filled with the Holy Spirit is joy but the expression that comes out is, other tongues, speaking in other tongues. Must everybody speak in tongues? No! Some people remain at half a cup till they see Jesus and they are going to heaven. Read the rest of this entry
Thirsty?

Our Advocate

When we look at what theologians have called the dispensation of divinity; there is a period that they categorize as the dispensation of Jehovah, of God the Father. The Amplified Bible Translation of today’s scripture reference reads, “But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him (the Holy Spirit) to you [to be in close fellowship with you]. He Not It
John 14:16-17 (AMP) “And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counsellor, Strengthener, Standby), to be with you forever—the Spirit of Truth… He (the Holy Spirit) remains with you continually and will be in you.”
